Location was nice. Not too noisy. Near many restaurants and stores. Not clean. Sheets had crusty something on them. Shower curtain had mildew spots and had to be replaced. Tub had mildew spots. Need to start cleaning with bleach. Vent in HVAC unit was dusty. Staff was helpfull in taking care of shower curtain being replaced.

The Hotel is conveniently located next to a bus that takes you to downtown flushing & the 7 train. It's close to a shopping center with several restaurants. The rooms are tiny and the bed was not a queen as advertised, more like a full. The room was clean though. But it is noisy; you can hear the lobby from the 1st floor rooms. The airflow isn't great. But it's a decent price and good access, even if it takes an hour to get to Midtown. It is close to the Airport. This would be great for 1 person or a couple that just wants a place to crash, or if you're like me and you booked a room last minute that was still affordable, clean, and relatively safe.

We were very grateful to check-in early an hour and a half before it was time. However, I feel that our room had not been properly cleaned in order for us to check-in early. The bed looked like it hadn’t been changed, sheets had hair and some stains throughout. The pillows also looked like the covers hadn’t been changed, they were wrinkled and looked slept on. Also, the skirt of the bed was noticeably dirty. I mentioned the concerns to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Upon returning the sheets had been changed but the pillows seemed to be the same and the skirt was not changed out. In addition to the bed the curtains were broke in areas, the coffee maker was dirty, the wall heat/ac unit was filthy with lint and other buildup, the bathroom vanity was rotted all along the bottom and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. We didn’t expect a fancy room but for the price we expected cleaner and more well maintained rooms even if they are small and don’t offer additional amenities.

Excellent stay. Staff was willing to help. Only complaints I had was the card read for the actual room was a pain after a certain amount of time I was out of the hotel I usually had to have my card reassigned to get back into my room. Which really wasn’t too difficult of a thing to do.

The place seemed fine at first glance, but I found many long, dark human hairs on my sheets, towels, and all over the floor. I do not think my bed sheets were cleaned. In general the place was dusty and scummy- dirty windows, drips of something on the bathroom walls, lots of strong air fresheners to cover up some smell. It was very noisy and I could hear everything from the halls and other rooms, as well as from the auto shop next door. Staff was rude at check-in and wouldn’t give me the WiFi password. Wouldn’t be a bad place if they just cleaned properly.

Many of the other reviews, good and bad, seemed either fake or exaggerated, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This was a solid stay, close to food and groceries. The place was pretty clean but not perfect. The staff isn’t super friendly but they take care of you. The room fit my needs perfectly except the sink was draining slowly (I told them upon checkout). That said, the neighborhood isn't the nicest area in town, and you'll hear some rumbly trucks and emergency vehicles and airplanes. But I didn't feel unsafe, and the noise didn't keep me awake. (Impure thoughts did.) I would stay here again, for sure. It's much better than a cheap motel, but neither is it a luxurious five star.
