Love this hotel
This is our go to NYC hotel. Close to LGA, close to the #7 train, location is great. Rooms are always clean. Best of all, the entire staff is always so helpful. Big shout to sr mgmt. For creating an environment that motivates your associates!

Not quite the best stay
The personnel were accommodating, friendly, and courteous. Another goog thing is the location, since taking the train to Manhattan us very easy and nearby. But, I had several things that were not good. To improve future stays, I felt that the room lighting was a bit dim and could benefit from more brightness. Also, there was an electrical outlet in my room that didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed some inconsistency with housekeeping; on certain days, the room either wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or at all. Finally, I noticed towels and bedsheets were often stained.

Room had a window that was stuck open, no screen so the room smelled and bugs were flying in. Maintenance came and were unable to shut the window and they told us the place was fully booked and then decided to move us around 1am. Suddenly they weren’t full booked.

Weird area
Very nice hotel but it is located in a bizarre area of Chinatown. We enjoyed are stay but probably wouldn't stay again just because of the location.

This hotel surprised my husband and I. The staff was amazing. I think his name is Lloyd. He was amazing and made our family feel welcomed. The area isn’t the greatest but the staff and their hospitality definitely made up for it.
