The room was much smaller in person than it appeared in photos and the tv was old and barely worked. The man I spoke to at the front desk about getting help with the tv ignored my three phone calls and was very obviously quite drunk when I finally went down to ask for help in person. The hotel did give us a free drink voucher for the cool local bar next door but that was the only positive part of our experience here.

Terrible night ruined our NYC trip
Air conditioner was broken 78 degrees out for our late October stay. We didnt sleep 10 minutes it was boiling in the room. Told front desk, they said they were booked. They did not give us a discount. We had to cancel our reservation next morning at Rusdian Tea Room because we were too exhausted to go. This lack of customer service is very upsetting. Noone cares about the customer anymore.
