I want my full refund. I didn’t stay here because of conditions when I arrived. The pictures online are catfish the place smells so bad the staff especially they guy in no uniform begins the counter is very disrespectful. The room was dirty burn holes in comforter blood on mattress toilet not clean hair on towels with stains

The A train station Far Rockaway right across the street, as easy to get to as it gets. The place was surprisingly quiet and minimal hallway noise/activity.

Hotel meant JFK airport is nowhere near the airport. It’s a 35 minute drive from the airport that they use that just a Luer you in. The bedding was from the 70s toilet paper holder did not exist. It was just toilet paper sitting on the bathtub. I could not control the air conditioning where the heat and the window was open and I froze at night. I would never go to this hotel. I would rather sleep outside.

I complained thst the room across from me was playing music loud for the 2 nights i stayed there. This morning they started playing music at 7:00 am. I contacted fromt desk to no avail. Its been an 1 hr and the music is loud 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

Awakward neighborhood, no water available in the vending machine, food down the street, room had a closed in smell, interior of the building including the room could use some touch up paint though the young woman working the night shift was very friendly and helpful.

Terrible and unsafe area. Never any warm or hot water for showers. Excessive noise inside and out of the hotel. Booked for a few nights and my room key was cut off halfway through my stay. Not many food options in the area. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.
