Great spot for a quick weekend in NYC
Great location for our NYC visit. Parking was available and increased our feeling of safety. Check in by text didn’t go as smoothly as desired, but the hotel was quickly responsive and helped us get it straightened out. The noise from the hall was disruptive on Saturday night. There is no breakfast here. Coffee is in the room. It’s a walk to get food. The front desk is staffed with knowledgeable and helpful people. Rooms were clean. This might be our new favorite for annual trips to the city.

I would like to disagree about the noise being a problem or too loud! I loved hearing the traffic go by on the bridge, and the people having fun at the rooftop club next door. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and the room was so modern yet cozy. 10/10!!!!

Awesome hotel, great place to stay!
This was a fantastic hotel! Really friendly staff, and the room was incredibly spacious. Convenient location, and plenty of protected parking. This place is a real gem.

The property was not bad, upon arrival there was no one there waited for about 10 min then when he arrived I informed I had a free upgrade and he gave me a cold room, when I called the front and informed him the room was cold he told he they had heaters and there’s a charge for it , whatttttt lol then he came back on the line and I told him that was insane that there was no charge, I told him I didn’t rent a room to have heaters lol TF, he was just rude from the beginning. Mind you it was just for one night but the I spoke to the manager and he gave us a room with heat. lol smh also a balcony but it was too cold to care about that lol !!! Oh wait after we got the keys to our new room he just pointed to the section like we was suppose to know where to go .. mind u we had to exit the building and enter another one.

Our nonsmoking room was situated next to a wedding party room. Starting at 7:00 am until past midnight, a group of loud women pop champagne bottles, smoked weeds while laughing and screaming. Tou can hear everything between rooms. It was unbearable. We complained several times with them and the reception desk but nothing happened. By morning we were exhausted from lack of sleep.

Very spacious retro-designed room. Proper coffee machine. Front desk left much to be desired - not welcoming at all. Guests greet and you'd be lucky if they greeted you back. Location is a sort of a quiet community. A few dining options in the vicinity.

2nd time staying here. Wish it was for pleasure, but my 3-yr old son has stage 4 cancer and is a patient at Sloan Kettering Memorial hospital. We had wished there was a complimentary breakfast as we were rushed in the morning
