I was staying here very last minute after a medical emergency with my mom made me extend my stay. The front desk people were amazing shoutout to the guy who gave me the plastic fork when my take out didn’t come with utensils. A big thank you to the bus boys for storing my luggage before my check in while I was caregiving for my mom. The room was spacious, clean, and the shower in the bathroom was great. I would gladly consider staying here again.

Terrific location near the Empire State Building and smack in the middle of Koreatown (if you are looking for a peaceful neighborhood, this is not it). Rooms are small, as of most NYC hotels of this price range, but comfortable. Don't always have front desk manned and lobby is not charming. Elevators worn. But a pleasant place

I have been to NYC more times than I count and this has to be the biggest hotel room I’ve stayed in. For NYC standards I was very impressed. I also couldn’t believe how quiet it was at nights, not one sound from the street. Very central and within walking distance to all the major spots. The property is pretty much as described, except for “the restaurant”. This isn’t part of the hotel but rather just a restaurant next door. We travelled with two young children and this will be my first choice for future trips.

Location very good, close to everything, many restaurants around, safe and easy to get metro or bus, inconvenience, beds are uncomfortable, if you are more than 4 people is better to rent two rooms, one room for 5 people or more, is not good, sofa bed, the mattress is really uncomfortable, is better to put it in the floor and sleep there. Other than that i recommend the place, specially for its location

The staff was very nice and the room was spotless. It was convenient to the subway and Harold Square. However, there are steps in the front of the hotel. I did not see an accessible entrance. It didn't even have a handrail on the stairs. I have a bad knee and had to have the doorman help me anytime I wanted to go down. They were happy to do so, but I wish I didn't have to bother them. The room was small but I had everything I needed. The only complaint I have is the desk in the entryway. Walking in with luggage with this regular-sized desk in a narrow space was difficult. Overall, a great experience. I probably will not stay there again only because I need a more accessible entrance.

Great spot for access to public transport. Doorman was very helpful and friendly. They had someone available to drive us to the airport for a good price which was awesome. Small rooms but workable.
