I am a big fan of the Langham. I have stayed there many times and have always been satisfied with my room and the service provided. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The gym is great. The restaurant Al Fiori is a gem.

Great communication prior to visit, requested 1 hour early check in and was assured it wouldnt be a problem. Arrived at 5 minutes past regular check in time and was told suite wasnt ready🙄 Didnt put out do not disturb sign out which is my fault...but 3 different people disturbed us between 9am and 11am. Other than that very nice hotel and amazing view. Will stay again

The room was mediocre. The mattresses are about 2 inches thick. The pillows offer no support and deflate as soon as you touch them with any amount of pressure. The room we had was supposed to be a family room, but there was no living area as advertised, just a giant inconvenient desk and two beds. They brought us a little bed at my request but there was no where to put it because of the stupid desk except for in a spot that blocked the walkway to the bathroom. We made it work but it wasn’t ideal. The room service food tasted pre-packaged and re-heated. It felt like a basic chain hotel. I think I would have gotten more value for my money if I had stayed at a Marriott or holiday inn. 2 Stars. Would not recommend.
