Very Nice and Very friendly staff. Everything was kept clean every day. Very convenient area with direct metro to Times Square. Malls next door and nearby. Very delicious and Authentic food nearby. Conveniently close to LaGuardia Airport Aeroplanes fly a bit too close to the building sometimes noisy every 10min but not late hours and not every day. I was close to the top of the building. A big mirror is convenient for the room. More English speaking cable TV would be nice. Noisy water pipes in the building sometimes especially late hours; it sounds like a door shutting and opening, can be annoying if it's very quiet and you are trying to sleep and all you hear is that noise. Told the receptionist about the noise but I guess they weren't sure what it was. I guess they can improve on customer service with a feedback. Also having a shower makes a strange pipe noise as well. Mattress was too soft had to turn around myself, my hips was feeling the wooden board of the bottom of the bed. Would be a better view if certain buildings next door was more modern. Rooms close to the elevator can be noisy if people are stepping out and talking alot. It's a very convenient hotel as long as you are not annoyed with the little noises. Water pipe noise during the night and Aeroplane noise during the day. Hopefully it would improve on more sound proof windows, walls and better water pipes. Would be good to have a afternoon nap once in awhile or sleep straight through the night in silence.

Loved staying at the Parc hotel. It is right across from a very nice mall, and it’s a 6-10 minute walk to the train and expressway. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the view was also really pretty.

The room was ok. The skyline view was amazing. The Staff was nice. The area is very limited in dining options depending on your nationality but thats not the hotel's fault. There was a homeless person loitering around. He apparently is staying in a stair well. My limited interaction with him was he told me he hated white people which is great to hear. The Hotel Staff called the police who did nothing. It is just a bad situation.

The rooms are dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The sink leaked every time we used it. I could hear the elevator even in the middle of the night which woke me up. I had to check out after just two nights and now fighting to get the rest of my money refunded for the nights I didn’t stay.

I always stay at this hotel when traveling to Flushing. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly. Free breakfast is excellent. Parking is fairly convenient and the roof top bar is great with the nice view of manhattan. Thanks

The room is okay exactly as the pictures. However their tvs are old school. Only news and sports channels and only a few at that but they have a good range of Asian channels. Breakfast would be better to either sleep through or order out. The mattress has lost all support I had sciatic pain after the first night!
