The hotel was very clean, the staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location provided ease of shopping being only a short walk away from the Shops of SkyView mall. My experience at the Parc Hotel was a very memorable and enjoyable one.

订的是double Queen，非常差的体验！一进门就看到两张床之间一根巨大的承重柱，使得两张床之间的过道几乎无法使用。床单居然长边和短边铺反了，露出了下面又黄又脏一大摊污渍的床垫，床上还有不明毛发，又脏又不专业，太荒谬了！洗手盘开裂了，早餐种类非常少，就这样的条件收接近400刀一晚上！206号房，可能是给了我们整栋楼最差的房间吧！床也不好睡，空调还吹着头，一家人一肚子怨气，以后不会再选，也会告诉所有来纽约的朋友不要来这间酒店

The hotel itself is pretty well maintained, and the people at the desk are very helpful. Downsides were the limited amenities. For example, no microwave. There was a mini fridge, but not very helpful since there is no way to reheat leftovers. The skyline view is nice, and the rooftop bar is cozy, but severely overprice

I did not like the extra charge of $ 30 per parking when it suposed to be included in my hotel rate. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious and nice.
