I recently stayed at The Voyager Hotel with my wife to celebrate my birthday on June 1, 2023, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. We made the mistake of booking the cheapest rate available at the time, and we paid the price for it.
From the moment we entered Room 311, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel. The walls were filthy and had noticeable patches where the painting had started and abruptly stopped. It was as if the painter had given up halfway through the job. The lack of attention to detail was astounding.
But the worst part was the state of the mirrors and windows. It seemed like they had been wiped with a dirty rag, leaving behind streaks and smudges. It was incredibly off-putting to see our own reflections marred by the lack of cleanliness. It made us question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.
As someone who appreciates a clean and comfortable stay, I was deeply disappointed by the condition of the room. It's disheartening to pay for accommodation only to be greeted by such subpar conditions. I understand that we booked the cheapest rate, but cleanliness should not be compromised regardless of the price.
I strongly urge potential guests to reconsider staying at The Voyage Hotel. While the price may be tempting, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail make it an unpleasant experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards, as no guest deserves this service.
