Well let’s start off to say my dresser on the outside was dirty, with white spots on it. Outside on top of the refrigerator was filthy , outside of the cabinets was dirty in some areas. In the bathroom blow dryer was dirty. My alarm clock cord was cut. In some areas on the walls in my room was dirty. There was no information to call the front desk. No pen or note pad. One man staff member was rude. He works nights. I think his name is Jermaine disrespectful stuff member. Overall the room was ok. The hallways clean and quiet.

If you have the $$$, stay elsewhere!!!!
Pay the extra to stay somewhere else!!!!! Good enough for one night for me and my husband, but embarrassed we treated my parents to a night here before our cruise. My parents deserve so much better!!!!

It was not very welcoming. There was water on the floor when we arrived. The front door of the hotel was in a terrible place. It felt unsafe there. And they charged us for parking.

The hotel did not look bright and airy like the pictures. The bedroom was dark and the bedding was uncomfortable. The bathroom was outdated. The car park was very small. The breakfast was coffee and a muffin - subject to availability.

The hotel mainly rents weekly and some sketchy people around! Very unorganized ! Four people at checkin ! One working three looking on!!! Very slow!!! It was impossible to regulate the water in the shower either ice cold or scalding hot!! Bread crumbs on kitchen shelf and the mirror in the room not clean!

they lied about that breakfast was included. There was not such a thing. If I knew from the beginning that “breakfast included” was a fake thing I would not stay with them. I have IBS and I always ensure that I book stay with breakfast included. This one has let me down badly as I could not take my pills without food. I struggled very badly. I would not stay there again.

The place was filthy the mattresses were horrible we did not stay my kids did not want to stay there I was very disappointed because I've stayed a few times at different hotels that you won't and I was just shocked how dirty the hotel was and how the mattresses were horrible
