The Space
The cabin’s spacious dining and common areas are designed to bring people together. It comfortably sleeps 7, with enough space and function for everyone to enjoy their time together.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, including a grill on the deck. Enjoy meals on the deck or at the full-length kitchen table.
- Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with king beds, offering plenty of closet space. One bedroom includes a washer and dryer. The loft bedroom has a queen and twin bed, a TV, and a secret nook for children.
- Loft Area: A cozy space with books and games for entertainment.
- Amenities: Fresh towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hairdryers, ironing board, vacuum, extra pillows, and blankets.
- Outdoor Living: Large deck with outdoor furniture, fire pit, and a treehouse up the hill. Approved pets are welcome.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to all areas of the cabin, except the locked owner's closet. There is ample parking available in the driveway. Self-entry is facilitated via an electronic lock, and early check-in may be requested.

Other Things to Note
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. We have a 30lb weight limit on dogs. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, We reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
We only provide supplies to get you through 3-4 days. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Interaction with Guests

We use a rental agreement with each reservation to outline and protect your rights and responsibilities clearly.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 4:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to enjoy the quiet of the property during your stay, we ask that you please not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. We have a 30lb weight limit on dogs.
Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check-in. We have a 30lb weight limit on dogs. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we requires guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Do not feed the neighbor's dog.
Parking
Parking is available in the driveway with a maximum of three cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Fire Works
Fireworks are not allowed, This policy is in place to prevent the risk of fires and ensure the safety of all guests and the surrounding area.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage
By using the Internet provided at any property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally, you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Bedding and towels
Leave sheets on the bed and bed unmade. Towels piled in the tub.
Dirty Dishes
Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure
Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
Cleaning
Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters
Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels
Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris
Use broom or vacuum
Exiting the Property
Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure
