Niagara Falls US Trip
We enjoyed our stay right outside of Niagara Falls on the US side. The hotel was literally steps from the park, so it was very convenient. We felt that the beds/sheets/pillows were more comfortable at this hotel than they were at the hotel that we stayed at on the Canadian side of the falls.

My girlfiend had a stomacache. I asked for painkiller and the person from front desk said we do not have it and gave me mis information about the gas station that i could find painkiller. He said it is 20 min away from here but it was just 3 min away. Before i left i said if you do not know just say i do not know. Do not mislead people.

Great location for the American side of the falls close to all attractions. Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is busy but perfectly fine. For the price I think this place is great value and provides an appropriate level of service and stay.

The decor is little dated but the location was very close to the fall, was able to see the fireworks from our window. The morning buffet breakfast was ok, it's a nice touch. Staff members were generally helpful.

I LOVE how close is it to the falls it literally in the backyard. So beautiful! The breakfast looked amazing but unfortunately when we got there it was all gone, we didnt have time to wait for them to replenish. The hotel itself is old but they do what they can to keep it clean, its just outdated

Check in was not smooth, rude staff. Staff was irritated and was not a good experience. Would not recommend. We booked this hotel because of the close proximity but all other discomfort made us question our decision.

We arrived at 1 pm and they said they never have rooms before 3. Came back at 3. There computers were down and couldn't give any rooms. They were not accommodating. Then we stayed out till 5 trying to find things to do. When we got back there was only one person at the desk and a long long line. The guy at the desk was working hard. I have never experienced some thing like that. I picture of the comfort inn looks much better than it is. The room was ok but the halls were really warm. I was not impressed at all. The breakfasts were fine, typical hotel buffet. All in all I would not stay there again.
