There is no iron box/table/hair dryer. Patio door was not able to open. They had parking right infront of patio door. But unable to use due to door was not able to open/close. Had to call one time to close. But it was irritating every time to call to open/close door. They did not come for cleanup. Trash was full.

Not happy with Expedia but on top of that our room smelled so gross. At 1130 at night adults and a small child were loud in the hall for several minutes. The shower was walk in and horribly made and leaked on the floor into the living area. The gentleman at the counter seemed nice but everything else was horrible for the 300 some oddfollars I oaid.

I got what I paid for. The sheets were stained and the spigot was rusty. It wasn’t the worst. The facilities in that area are older, but it was only 5 minutes from my destination.

Super dark, very dirty! The bed cover has stains on it. The bathroom has molds. I'm very disappointed!

You get what you pay for…right away there was a large bug crawling on the bathroom wall. I inspected the room for any more bugs but didn’t find any. There were 3 of us staying and only 2 towels so had to ask for more. There were 2 less than half rolls of TP in the bathroom and no extra rolls in the room. The shower water did not get warm until almost 5 minutes and then went from slightly room temp to scalding hot and took several adjustments to get to warm. You could also hear the next doors toilet flush through the wall. For an 8 hr stay we made it work but for $200 we would not stay again.

You can tell that the hotel was trying to renovate the rooms. They are trying to make them better but they still have some work to do. The room they assigned us first smelled like smoke and was grunge so we asked for a different one. The front desk person was nice enough to assign us a different one. The second was better. The rooms were big and you didn’t feel like you were on top of the other people in your room. I guess pets are welcome and the people next to us had a dog that would not stop barking. Breakfast was not included even though it said it was.

Awful experience, staff is rude , neighborhood kids were allowed to use outside pool , they were cussing and ruining property . We couldn’t figure out all the bite marks on us including my 3 year old , BED BUGS that’s why , I asked for refund and was told no ,,, awful place do not stay here !!!!!
