The extra 50 dollars I had to spend costing me almost 200 dollars to sleep somewhere for not even 12 hours was not worth it to me.

Very nice and easy check in despite not being able to get a room key. But that was Microsoft’s fault lol. Checked in at 3 am and the lady at the front desk was amazing. I forget her name but she was awesome.

The hotel was super clean. The customer service experienced at check-in with the assistant manager (Tina) was terrible, she was rude and inconsiderate. We chose to check out early and cut our vacation short.

We stayed from Wednesday through Sunday and our room was 'serviced' once. I use the term serviced lightly because nothing was wiped down, shower wasn't cleaned, floors not swept, etc. The front desk clerk was great, but housekeeping is less than ideal.
