My room was in a older wing not connected to the main building. Bathroom floor tile was coming up and carpet was old Sliding door was broken. The screen door. Just was a unpleasant experience never again and I will not send them any business

Very friendly staff, the breakfast was great. This hotel checks all the boxes. Outside pool, inside pool, hot tub, playground for kids. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is just old and needs repairs. An obvious water leak was in the corner of our room. The floor in front of the sink was coming up so i cut my foot. The vent in the bathroom didnt work. The door was hard to open due to humidity or the paint job. The room served it's purpose and the staff was great.

Can't beat the location and the price was right. Check in was awful - long wait as the person in front was asking for a refund and wanting to leave before even unpacking. We are really picky with cleanliness and I think overall it was not bad - seemed clean, just outdated. Sheets were stained but fairly certain they were old stains due to appearance and lack of smell/hairs etc. Breakast was a bonus.

The hot tub was lukewarm much of the time which was was very disappointing, as our trip was very long both ways. We tried to get a partial refund for that reason; still waiting to hear back. We liked the proximity to restaurants, shopping and attractions and that hotel was walking distance to two grocery stores. Complimentary Starbuck's coffee round the clock at this hotel was a nice "perk". The complementary breakfast could use improvement; it was boring and basic. Restaurants in the area that we tried were all amazing. The mountains were beautiful. We didn't realize until it was too late into our 2 night stay that you actually have to tell the front desk if you want your room cleaned or they won't come clean it, as is customary in most hotels. So we missed out on that service, but they brought us fresh linens for our second night anyway. This was a great dog-friendly facility. Some of the hallways reeked of smoke.

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience. We called ahead and found out that the room we booked would not be available and we would have to stay in another room (from 1 king to 2 queens). When we got to the hotel, we were given our room. Upon entering the room, beds were unmade and there was trash everywhere. We were given a different room. We checked which bed were cleanest and went to sleep. The next day, we had an early morning and left the hotel early. Upon getting back, we decided to try and use the pool. The pool was unkempt and the hot tub was lukewarm, both overchlorinated. We had some perishables and wanted to open the fridge; the odor that emanated from the fridge was as if something had died in there. I needed to take a shower, and after getting in, noticed beard-like hair shavings along the shower wall. I needed to leave immediately. We told the receptionist who was unwilling to do anything but she said she would waive any fees. Upon actually checking out, she told us we would be charged a late check out fee, and said she couldn't waive this as they were under Choice Hotels management. After speaking with Choice, we discovered that this was a lie.

cute hotel with some nice features. on a busy road, would have loved to have seen a fence around the playground area with my little ones. Breakfast was ok, loved the coffee in the lobby area being available all day. Rooms were clean, bathrooms had rusty tubs and broken tiles on the floors :(

We had a suite. It was very run down. A pice of the counter was coming off. The sliding door to the bathroom sink area didnt close. The bathroom door didnt lock. The porch had 2 hornets nest, my 3 yr old was stung. Thank god he wasnt allergic. The tub had long black hairs in it. I have pictures but dont see a place to post them. On the flip side the lady that restocked the continental breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The pool was good, but would suggest a fence behind the playground as it abuts a very busy street. Grocery stores and restaurants very close and walkable.
