It was a good stay. The staff was good. The only problem was that when we arrived the room they gave us wasnt cleaned. They were very nice and gave us another room roght away. So over all a good stay.

La chambre n'étais pas prête pour 16h.nous l'avons eu qu'a 17:30. Pour l'accueille, c'était froid, l'homme qui etait a l'accueille, était sans façon et ne c'est pas excusé pour le retard de la chambre. Les lits sont carrément fini, aucun confort. Et il n'y svais plus de papier de toilette. J'ai du prendre mes kleenex.. C'etais notre 4 ieme fois a cette hotel , et c'est la première fois que c'était comme ça

I think the property might be going through a renovation. The walls are thin, so you hear every door closing and kids running in the halls. The bed was awful, only a half roll of toliet paper with no backup toliet paper. Oddly, the door was open when we got to our room. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in our room didn’t work. There was no one at the front desk for check out. I would not stay here again.

Booked room approximately three months ago with Hotels.com. They called me the day we were supposed to arrive and said they had no room for us. I had to suggest what is their contingency plan and I had to ask them if they had any other rooms available. Was not handled well at all.

Our keys did not work for the door. Had to go back to front desk and they reprogrammed the keys but still did not work. Lady from front desk came and eventually got her master to work and said they would send someone up to look at door but that didn’t happen so had to leave door adj at if leaving . Tub was dirty. Bathroom fan didn’t work and they left us conditioner and moisturizer but no shampoo. Location was convenient

Property has been updated at some point but still old. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine available and lot of community sitting areas throughout the hotel. Bed did not even have a bed skirt on the box springs. Bed was relatively uncomfortable and room was musty. Small bathroom with limited counter space.

The room smelt, and had been given only a superficial clean. Dust on everything and behind furniture. The breakfast and welcome was warm, and plenty of eating options in walking distance as well as the supermarket. The rooms need a refresh, but a good clean would have significantly increased our score.

The hotel was not as clean as it should have been. Two bags of garbage sat on the hall floor the entire time we were there. The bathroom had mold in the corners and edges. Coffee pot was missing the sliding tray that holds the coffee pod. Staff were friendly, but the place seemed understaffed.

Room was horrible and outdated. It was very dirty. In the middle of the night our window screen was removed because someone tried to get into our room. Front desk was not friendly especially the night guy.

I got to the property and they sent us to a room that was already occupied. So then I had to go back to the front desk and let them know. They informed me that they had computer problems and could not find a room. So we did not stay. But we're charged anyway. Even after being told we would have a refund. Do not stay here.

This place was completely disgusting. We actually didn’t even stay there. It smelled so bad. When we first opened the door, it was like we were hit in the face with the smell. And there were Pineneedles all over the floor not clean at all. We’re going to fight to get our money back. Avoid!!!!
