There was an unpleasant plumbing odor in the bathroom. The water pressure is woefully low. The waffles cooked up like cardboard. The common spaces were very disappointing. Not up to Hampton standards.

The parking lot and entrance renovation is not well lighted and it not well-lit where to drive into to the back parking lot. Also, the back door used for the entrance and check in is not well marked or lighted. Otherwise, the place was as good as the last time I stayed there.

The hotel was very nice, and modernized, however, it was still under renovation during our stay. Our room, which was newly renovated was very nice, quiet and clean. Nicely decorated. Although, we did have to go up 2 floors to find an ice vending machine, which was inconvenient.

The elevators and room we were in were unfinished. There was no vent in the bathroom, the pillows were 1/2 stuffed. It just wasn't the quality I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. You are usually my go-to for a hotel.
