This amazingly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features an open concept floor plan, quality furnishings and bedding, and boasts amazing outdoor space for guests. The two covered porch provides excellent space for outdoor entertaining with bay views and a propane grill. The beach chairs, beach cart, 2x bikes, toys, and more will give you convenient extras that lets you enjoy your relaxing vacation.

The Space:
The Bayside Cottage on 25th is well appointed for an amazing guest experience. All 3 bedrooms and the living room are features TV's with Roku TV access for your streaming services.

Guest Access:
Entire house is included with this rental including 2 parking spaces. Please make yourself at home. A door code is given for you to access the smart lock at front door. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. It will activate at 4pm or sooner if ready early.

Getting Around:
There's a local bus service that runs 24/7. Bus stop is at 25th Street and located a few blocks apart throughout Ocean City. Uber is a poplar option for getting around town. We provide 2x cruiser style bikes for your enjoyment, and use around town. There's local bike rental shops in town for additional bike rentals.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a townhouse, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise or something isn't working properly, we'll do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Interaction with Guests:
I'm here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You'll be able to check yourself in upon arrival with a code that access the front door.

Great family beach place
This property is very well maintained with attention to detail with respect to any of the things that you may need for a beach vacation. Property owners were very easy to contact and responsive to our requests. One of the bike tires was flat and it was repaired by the next day and ready for us to use. Kitchen is well stocked With utensils, pots, pans of coffee maker, and Keurig. The porch with rocking chairs in addition to a screened in porch or by far our favorite features. Bathrooms were clean and adequate for our family of six. Five minute walk to the ocean beach And a bay view from the front porch.

The cottage was perfect for us! The property manager thought of everything! From the linens to the items for use in the kitchen and especially the beach cart and chairs. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer as well. Perfect place!

Cozy Cottage Surpassed All Expectations
Our family had the opportunity to stay at this conveniently located cozy cottage in a quiet community within OCMD. Let's just say that our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, bay and most attractions in the mid-lower end of the area. In addition, the accommodations, facilities, building, furniture, rooms, etc. were all either new or brand new. The place was immaculate. The owners were also super nice and helpful throughout the entire stay and through everything leading up to and after the rental. Would recommend this place for sure and we likely stay here again!

Great stay
The “cottage” was clean and easy to find. All the supplies we needed were there. The towel/linen service was early before 10:00 checkout but we made it work. It has everything you could want for the beach, but it would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom since the linens are limited and there is no washer or dryer.

Great overall
A couple of issues. After awkwardly dragging the grill out of storage I discovered the grate was very rusty and it wouldn’t start. Also it would be nice to have some place to hang towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Also there were other cars parked in the spots in front throughout the week but we did have room to park at all times. I liked the simple comfortable furnishings, the deck and porch, and the Roku TVs throughout.
