This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do!
We are near the boardwalk and bay. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nigh time. There are countless restaurants, bars, amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our costumers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! Large 2 bedroom apartment with big living room , kitchen , and 1 bathroom . Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans allowing our guests to save their hard earned dollar eating in. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat screen TV and one pullout couch. One bedroom has two double beds and the other bedroom has two bunk beds. The apartment also includes one full bathrooms.
The office will be located on 12 Street, at the Wilmington Terrace Units. There, on 12th Street, the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $ 25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit, per person. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers' checks, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night. Please note, guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheet We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.

Homeowner is super-friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy, but a bargain very close to the beach and boardwalk. Things it might be helpful to know in advance: bring your own topsheets! We missed that instruction somehow. Owner graciously provided them anyway so it wasn't a problem, but FYI. There's a coin laundromat, a small store for basic groceries and beach needs, and a pizzeria across the street.

Good location
This is my first time staying here with family and dogs. I was grateful to be able to bring my dogs with me on the trip and stay here. The apartment looks just as pictured. It was mostly clean. The only issues I had was the toilet area had a strong urine odor and there was a problem with ants. There were 3 AC units that kept the place pretty cool. There was only 1 tv located in the living area, not in either of the bedrooms. There was only 1 parking space available per unit. However, there are plenty of free street parking nearby. This place is a short walk from the boardwalk which was convenient. Some “minor” things that We did not like were: the fact that we could hear every step the upstairs tenants made. We did not sleep well because we could easily hear people talking outside our bedroom window.

Communication with property manager was easy and reliable which made check in and check out smooth. Property manager was extremely nice and understanding. Place looks just like pictures and is cleaned very well. The location was perfect.
