Incredible oceanfront penthouse unit with fantastic views of the ocean and bay. Enjoy coffee and the sunrise on 2 oceanfront balconies and colorful sunsets over the bay from a third deck (with picnic table for crabs!). Perfect for a family of 4-6, this 2-floor unit has privacy for both parents and kids. The entire upstairs is a huge master bedroom suite with king size bed, large jacuzzi, and private balcony with direct ocean views. The lower level houses a second bedroom with two beds, ideal for kids or another couple. Enjoy the oceanfront living room and dining area ,kitchen with bar, (all new appliances for 2013), full bath, laundry room, and oceanfront balcony. With the outdoor pool, deck, and children's pool, this will be a unit your family will return to year after year. 2 TV's/VCR'S, DVD. Parking for 2 cars, the building does charge a non-refundable registration fee which is due on arrival. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great place
We loved the building, location, and especially the pool! The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower, but that won’t deter us from booking again next year.

Nice place
We enjoyed this spacious condo. Location is excellent. It was clean and parts of it were nicely updated. Great kitchen. Beds were not super comfortable . Over all, we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year!

Another Great Trip
Excellent time in OCMD this past week. Rental is in a great location and a fabulous building. Unit was spacious but slightly outdated. Blinds were broken so lots of sun in the bedrooms. Single bed mattresses were very aged/uncomfortable. Cleaning was sub-par upon arrival. Master shower head and tub were broken upon arrival but maintenance fixed very timely. Overall a good stay, condo could just use a little TLC.
