Luxury Waterfront House "for families only" located in North Ocean City in Heron Harbor Community at 306 Blue Heron Ct Ocean City MD 21842. 6000sf, 3 level house has 7 bedrooms that will sleep 17 total, 5 full bathrooms with the master bath having a double shower, double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and bidet, 2 car garage, 2 laundry rooms (1st floor and 2nd floor), 2 gas fireplaces for your offseason rentals to include 1 in the master bedroom and a double see thru fireplace shared amongst the Family room and a Pool table room, and is waterfront on the bay with a 50’ pier with 2 boat slips and an outdoor shower. The house has front row seats to the weekly fireworks show held every Sunday and on July 4th at Northside Park. All bedroom floors and stairs are hardwood, and the main house is covered with Italian marble flooring and bathroom walls. The house has upper and lower rear deck for relaxation as well as 4 balconies from bedrooms (2 front bedrooms and 2 rear bedrooms) for your individual relaxation. The fenced in back yard has an outdoor kitchen and a full boardwalk.
Sleeps 17, 9 TV’s, WiFi, full size washer and dryer with 2 laundry rooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including a double wall oven, and granite countertops, dining room with 2 dining tables, parking for 4 vehicles plus additional street parking. Renters will have access to the Heron Harbor Community Center which includes outdoor pool and tennis courts. The pool is a short 7 minute walk from house. The Beach is a 14 minute walk from the House. The house is equipped with a security system.
This is a great place for families to enjoy all the amenities Ocean City has to offer.
Linens and Towels are provided. Paper towels and toilet paper is not provided. There is a 2nd refrigerator and ice maker in the garage for additional storage space. For large families it is recommended that you plan to purchase ice during your stay.

NO Smoking and NO Pets. No exceptions. Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed inside or outside the property including on the deck or dock or anywhere within the property boundaries. Failing to obey this rule is grounds for immediate eviction. Pets are not allowed.
No rolling or dragging suitcases on the front exterior stairs or porch or anywhere in the house including all stairs and flooring. Cost of damages if any, on all steps, flooring, and porch (interior and exterior) will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Pool/Other Amenities – Community Pool is located at the top of the neighborhood. Children under the age of 15 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Pool and/or other building amenities schedule is determined by the HOA and is subject to change from time to time for reasons including but not limited to: Time or year, maintenance, etc. Tenant is not entitled to a refund in whole or in part for any reason amenity is not in service.
Must be minimum 30 years of age. No occupants under the age of 30 unless they are children of the tenant (Exceptions are available case by case with written request and approval prior to executing the agreement). A copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required when making reservation.
The house is equipped with an alarm system and security cameras. The interior cameras located in the foyer/common area at the front door and the foyer/common area at the garage entrance door will be powered off during all rental periods (the blue power indicator light will be off proving the cameras are off). The exterior security cameras located at the front and back of house will remain on for securing property preservation. The motion lights can be turned off from our dashboard if so desired and if accommodations are requested by the tenant prior to arrival.
A signed copy of the attached rental agreement along with a copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required to rent the condo. If you are unable to find the attached rental agreement, please include your email address with the reservation and one will be emailed to you. It shall be completed and emailed along with copy of driver’s license for all adults to the email address in the rental agreement or attached to the message thread within 48 hours of reservation. If it is not received within 48 hours after reservation, then the reservation will be canceled.
This is a Family rental only and occupants must be related. This house is located in R-1 zoning which requires that the property can only be rented to persons related by blood or marriage or there will be no more than 4 unrelated persons occupying the residence during the rental period.
