This charming Ranch home has so much to offer. Located 2 miles to the center of Bethany Beach, just a short bike ride or quick drive to get your toes in the sand. Home is centrally located with easy access to shopping, restaurants and much more. Tons of updated and upgrades were done before the first season ever renting this home in 2021!

We continue to improve so our guests have the best vacation! New for the 2023; tile backsplash in the kitchen, laminate countertops, knife set, 50 inch ROKU TV in the Living Room, area run the Dining Room, full size utility/beach wagon, additional additional beach chairs and metal detector! In 2022 a new chandelier was added to the Dining Room, ceiling fans were added to the Living Room, Master Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom, all have have variables speeds and dimmable lights. In addition to the Charcoal Grill a Weber 6 Burner Gas Grill was added.

This ranch style home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a sitting area for relaxing, reading a book, etc. Master also features French doors to the deck and easy access to the over-sized gazebo. Master bathroom has a tiled stall shower and the hall bathroom has a full size tub/shower. All rooms have room darkening curtains. Kids toys can be found in the third bedroom as well as tons of board games for kids and adults of all ages! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and much more. Both TV's in the home are ROKU and include Discovery +, Disney + and Netflix. There is a full size washer (HE) and dryer off the kitchen.

Step outside and enjoy the large deck (with access inside from Kitchen and Master Bedroom), screened in porch (with access inside from the Garage), boardwalk connecting the deck, shower and porch. Need to rinse off when you get back from the beach, do so in the huge outdoor shower just off the deck. Need some shade on a hot sunny day, take shelter in the over-sized gazebo which includes a patio table with 4 chairs and lounger. Enjoy the double size corner lot with tons of outdoor green space.

Rental includes all the beach gear needed for a trip(s) to the beach! Items include; beach chairs of all sizes, beach umbrellas, beach toys, beach wagon, beach mats, metal detector and more! Beach towels are not included.

This home is located in a neighborhood that has 2 cul-de-sacs. Neighborhood is flat and great for walking or riding your bike. Beach access is just 2 miles away and all roadways are flat and most have bike lanes. This home has a large paved double wide driveway which can accommodate 4 cars comfortably, 6 if parked closely. There is a 1 car garage which can not be used to park a car but can be used to store bikes, beach gear (beach gear is included with the rental), kayaks and more.

Sheets, towels, beach towels and toiletries are NOT included with the rental.

Peaceful beach getaway

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful, clean, home. Could use a little update but overall very nice. Backyard was awesome and relaxing, lots of board games/toys, beach gear, etc. Very close to bethany beach/boardwalk. Would stay here again!

Clean, family-friendly beach getaway!

Carolynn was the perfect host. The property was clean and had everything we needed for that home-away-from-home feeling. The kitchen was stocked (and labeled!) with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Beach gear was available for use (which made packing for a family of 4 a LOT easier). Several outdoor spaces were available including an outdoor shower. Whenever I had questions, Carolynn was very responsive and accomodating. The location was great too - a quick drive to the beach but also allowed for some quiet downtime. Our family had such a great time - our kids didn't want to leave the house! We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great family vaca spot

The house was excellent for what we needed. Location was excellent, 10 mins from the beach. Our younger kids loved the toys/games and it kept them entertained, especially when we had a rainy day. The beach gear (chairs, cart, etc.) was perfect, so we didn't need to buy and/or haul those things with us from home. Everything was very turn key--we just needed to show up. Communication with the host was great. The listing was accurate and she gave us some good reminders ahead of time.

We had the best time. This home is clean close and has a book of places to go have fun, eat or just relax at the house. We were so thrilled and plan to stay again! There were so many accomadating features for our young girls.

Repeat renter!

My family stayed for a week in August. This was our second time renting this property. This house is perfect for our needs (2 adults and 2 small children). It has everything we needed so made packing for 2 kids so much better. We didn’t need to pack chairs, umbrella, pack and play, beach toys, beach cart as that was all included with the house. It made our trip so much more easy to not have to think about bringing all of that stuff and needless to say left us more room in the car. The location of this house is great. Close to the beach and all other amenities. There is a huge playground in Millville that is great for little ones. I would, and most likely will, stay here again. The house is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very pleasant and easy to work with . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in this area.

Perfect home base for exploring

This property is very well maintained and absolutely adorable. It had everything we needed and more. There is a pack n play for little ones and a bunch of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The house is located in a cute neighborhood close to the grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. The location is perfect for exploring Bethany, Fenwick Island, OCMD and Assateague Island (highly recommend). I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful house for a family vacation

We had a great stay at this property! The host provided everything we needed for a seamless stay, including beach gear. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook meals, and the backyard was great for our kids to run around.

Beach Vacation

Carolynn’s home was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room and just a short ride to the beach. There were some problems with the air conditioner and Carolynn was extremely prompt to address the problem and have a technician come out to fix it right away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next summer.

Beautiful Beach Themed Home,

We really enjoyed our time at this Oceanview home. The house was decorated with a beach theme, very clean and provided amenities for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, games). The skylight in the kitchen brightens the space. It has a large deck, gazebo and nice screened in porch to sit in on a rainy day. It was a short 10 minute drive to Bethany beach and the boardwalk, restaurants and shops was our favorite! The grocery store was also just a short drive away. We biked around town and appreciated the bike lanes. The road the house is on offers a peaceful morning or evening walk. The owner was very responsive to any inquiry and provided so much information about the area.
