The hotel is very rundown. I chose this hotel because it's close to Lagoon and the swimming pool looked nice from the pictures. The location was not bad, close to the highway and 15 minutes from Lagoon. The pool, however, is tiny! It was 93 degrees outside, and they had all the doors open and no air conditioning. A woman was sitting just outside the open doors smoking and drinking alcohol. We woke up Saturday morning to find someone had vomited in the elevator. We ended up driving home Saturday instead of staying that night.

The property is starting to show its age. Could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, the property was clean, but we did experience fruit flies in the bathroom. The bathroom showed its age more than the rest of the room. Did not have any issues with the staff and the breakfast was good.

The older front desk lady working the night shift was very rude. Very rude! The younger lady working the front desk in the morning was very friendly. The room was hot when we walked in, no a/c running. The drain plug for the bathroom sink was blocked by the mirror and the carpet was stained.

Went to front desk ask towels and toilet paper and tissue, the front desk ask me well how many people in room I said 4 then she said it’s personal well who checked you in ? What did any of that had to do with providing me towels !! She was pretty rude this happen Thursday night between 7pm-10pm there was actually 2 front desk and the older lady seen bother has 000 customer service. WHY WOULD YOU ASK ME WELL WHO CKED YIU IN? what does that matter, On Friday we gave our dirty towels the hsk and ask for new towels she said she had none laundry was slow!!! She said MAYBE later we’ll later she never brought our towels. Yeah will definitely not stay there again!!

Air conditioner has a mildew musty smell, and we have to keep the window open to compensate. Shower ceiling has major peeling. Carpet was sticky. Lamp shade had food on it.
