This hotel was very poor. We stood and waited 15 minutes to check in because a guest was unhappy with the service she was receiving to get her room. The hotel seemed dirty and not well maintained (missing hand rails on stairwell). The room was clean though. The dining area did not look clean enough to eat in and there were no prepackaged food items. While we were checking out, the staff had to call the police about a homeless person sneaking into the dining area. We were concerned for our car in parking lot due to many people hanging around outside hotel.

Room was not clean. Had cigarette smell in non smoking room. The water never got hot for the showers. Service staff was horrible, rude and disrespectful.

When we pulled into parking lot a homeless population was parked in a van that was open and had people sleeping in it. I did not feel comfortable getting out so we drove around to the other side to park. When we got into our room, it smelled of marijuana. The bathroom floor was wet with standing water. We immediately left and checked into a room at the Holiday Inn down the road.

Great stay
The room was very comfortable and the beds were super comfortable. We slept really really well. I think the breakfast could’ve been a little bit better or bigger. Maybe I should say they didn’t have really a whole lot but they did have fresh biscuits and gravy which I thought was oh my God so good and they had milk with cereal and the pancakes were pretty a little pale you could tell they were not cooked fresh, but they had a waffle Maker and yogurt

Would not recommend
This hotel is in very poor shape. Everything is old and stained, the hallways smell like cigarette/marijuana smoke. The shower faucet in my room was twisted and the lining on the floor of the shower was peeling apart. Fitness equipment in the gym was broken and it was one of the worst breakfasts I've ever seen at a hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
