Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed.
We had a view of an abandoned lot with homeless tent with tenants. the hotel was ratty and unkept. the blinds were torn, no refrigerator, grout coming out of shower tiles and room floor was dirty. The pool was full of floating hair and oily.

PROS: Well-appointed rooms. Nice bedding & comfortable pillows. Friendly staff. Good food choices at the lobby restaurant. Very close to the airport with minimal airplane and road noise. CONS: The room needed a little maintenance. The sink faucet was loose. The grout in the floor and shower was cracked and coming loose. I had to sleep in the center of the bed because there were valleys on each side.

AC didn’t work day 2. Returned from work, called to have it repaired. Too late to pack and move rooms. Requested to be fixed nex day during my work day and returned to an 83 degree room. Also too late to move as I was departing early next morning. Room 223

One star out of ten
There were to many issues with hotel. The hotel door could not close without me lefting up on the door and slamming it. The bathroom door was extremely hard to close. The water pressure was not good. I asked the front desk staff for a chair, and I was told that because it maybe a fire hazard. I saw several rooms that had chairs in it. When i brought it up to the front desk, he acted surprised. The restaurant in the hotel had terrible customer service. The food was cold, and one of the servers was rude. So rude we walked to Ihop and got some great customer service.

A little shabby, but I would probably stay again.
The cleanliness of this hotel was below my usual standard. Three of the four pillows looked as if they hadn't been washed, with some obvious stains on the pillowcases. The carpet in the room that surrounds the bed was torn in one corner, as if a dog had chewed it up during a previous visit. In all, the room was just a little bit shabby.

Rooms and staff were very good. Could hear heavy walker above us at times unfortunately, but nothing terrible. Overall happy with the room, etc. at the price point. Would consider for future.
