Be sure to make sure you have your reservation confirmation when you arrive. They didn't seem to be expecting us and I almost paid twice. There was so bathtub in the king suite. Well, there was a shower with a bathtub but no stopper. When asked if they had a room with a soaking tub, staff said that roomm is $50 more. There was some yelling outside our room at midnight and it felt unsafe for a short time and staff did not address the issue. Sheets were soft and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was basic but the plants in the lobby were pretty and made for nice ambiance.

Overcharged by this app

First, i was overcharged by this app hotels.com. it's prepaid worth 92$ for one night. And i discovered that it's only 75$ when i was checking in. I chat with the agent, but just answered me with denial. Second, the room was good no issue. Breakfast was a joke. Bagels seem stored for years. Very dry and dull. Then, the hotel is kind of creepy. From checking in to checking out, even during breakfast, only i and my sister were there. I hadn't seen anyone except of the front desk people. It's a large hotel, but you can only see 4 vehicles parked including ours, and i believe the rest owned by hotel people. Meanwhile the neighboring hotels were packed. Just wondering.

OK, but probably not an 8.6!

The staff was very nice, especially the lady that was helping with the breakfast in the morning. She made fresh decaf for my husband and I even though breakfast was almost over. The hotel is intersting though in that it has lots of little tables and chairs throughout, even near the doors to rooms where people could be staying. I would not want people sitting outside my room talking at all hours of the day or night. Also, the vents were not clean and the TV was not facing the lounge area, although we were able to turn it to that direction. I booked this hotel because we were able to redeem our loyalty points, making it very affordable. However, I do not believe that the 8.6 rating they show online is accurate, as the hotel has not been refurbished in a long time, and there were things that were just not a fresh and clean as I would have liked. The breakfast was also a bit sparse. Oh, and the shower curtain had a Wyndham tag on it, if I remember correctly. Has this been a Wyndham property, or did they buy it from Wyndham?

Large room with nice comfortable clean bed, nice hot shower, cute atrium, good breakfast, and enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub Only downside for me was the noisy bar right across the street but for some the easily accessible bar might be a plus and the noise couldn't be heard from the room just outside

I don't understand why this hotel has good ratings. It definitely needs to be renovated. There was wear and tear on everything in the room. The furnishings were outdated and the toilet in our room did not work properly. There was music with bumping base coming from somewhere that played most of the night. Still playing at 4:30 the next morning when we decided to get up because of it and also the pillows were like bricks. Our room keys kept not working as well and we had to go to the front desk to get them re-coded to get back in the room. I would not recommend this place at all.

Check in was quick and courteous. The lobby with growing plants was the most peaceful and zenful area. It gives the entire hotel a powerful and beautiful energy. Please keep those plants flourishing!!! The room was quite spacious with a separate sitting area. The fridge was large for a hotel room. The ice machine is much appreciated. The breakfast has typical offerings such as waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, bagels... This hotel is well worth the price. Plenty of parking spots. The area is quiet and safe.
