***Construction is set to begin on the parking garage 10/26/23. This first phase of the project is expected for at least 3 months Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm until the project is completed. There will be some noise and vibration associated with the project. Contractors will have some parking on both the East and West side of the building blocked, but there should still be enough parking.***

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

No busy high rise condo here!
Great place for 2 couples to stay. Very clean and quiet; not crowded at all. If you’re looking for something with most of the amenities (minus a lazy river) it’s here. Pool, hot tub, sauna, small gym area…our unit even had a separate bar area with an additional ice machine! Will definitely go back.

Great location and amenities. True to listing. The balcony and view from the Master bedroom is phenomenal. Could use a deep clean (heavy dust in areas), but overall was great. The only complaint we had was the Master bedroom fan. The fan blades “hang” and it’s very beautiful! But if you’re over 6’ it will whack you in the head! We will definitely book this property again.

Broadmoor is the Best Beach condo
We are in early 70s. The Broadmoor was attractive to us because it was not surrounded with high rise condos on each side. To the west of us was several houses so the impact on the beach was low density and minimal. Lots of great things about 602. There are two ice makers!! One at the wet bar and one jn refrigerator. The master bedroom was big with a king size bed and windows on two sides. Loved the huge soaker tub and spacious shower. I will stay here again.

Parking space needed!
Parking is not enough, the idea of having to park across the road from the building is not a solution. There are not enough spaces when there are several residents! Overall cleanliness is not what it should of been.

Best Weekend Getaway!
My husband and I ran away from home to see Kenny Chesney at the Wharf over Memorial Day Weekend and this condo was perfect! Communication was amazing and beach access was almost too easy! Beautiful condo and we loved the balcony! Will stay again and highly recommend.

Balcony completely unusable the entire stay!!
The place was nice but I was completely disappointed when having paid more than I usually do for the balcony views shown in the pictures, my balcony was completely unusable and dirty the entire stay!!! I checked in at 4pm to find 4 men hanging/working off my balcony. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!

Great location... construction ongoing.
First time staying at the beach with family. The reason I gave this place 4 Stars instead of 5 is because of the ongoing construction. The location was perfect for our family. The condo itself was clean and up to date. Once the construction is complete, it will be even better I am sure, but be warned it is VERY loud. There were jackhammers and saws literally surrounding us in every direction which began at 8am every morning, making it impossible to sleep in. Other than the annoyance of the construction, it's a beautiful area and great family condo!

The location is great! It’s about .5 miles from Florida but we loved the location. The place is nice. The view from the master bedroom is amazing! Upon arrival we found a pair of underwear in the closet of the master bedroom and also in the guest bedroom under the bed (those were clearly dirty) the kitchen had a funky smell. Not sure if it was the garbage disposal or what but we managed. The construction going on was awful and VERY loud and very messy, it started between 7am-8am Monday - Saturday. Our balcony was covered in debris. Not sure why they chose to do construction during the summer.

Management service review- Not enough communication with condo management service. I read about the construction and pool closure before i booked. . Site said that the pool would be open at the end of May. I called and asked. Told me they would call me back. I did this multiple times. I emailed them and was shown the reference about the pool being closed until the end of May. Not updated on pool being open/closed even though I called and asked multiple times. Was told they emailed me an offer of a discount or a refund or a relocation. I checked my inbox, spam, deleted, and nothing. Never received this email. I messaged asking to talk to a manager and messaged them my cell phone number. No one called me back. Just a message about giving me a 30% discount. Which I took. Condo conditions- had to be Cleaned by ourselves. Especially the bathtub. Others were Smoking constantly on balcony could not sit and enjoy outside Fan in the master bedroom sounds horrendous Bathtub and shower mold, and floors very dirty Washer and dryer did not work well and made horrible noises Bath towels had hair in them. Not the hair on their head. Check In / out Check in and check out was great. None of the negative feedback directly reflects the owners. I’m sure they are not aware. Hopefully this helps them out. I could go on and on. Worse room experience we had in our favorite place to go. We made the best of it. But very disappointed.

This condo was perfect for my husband my mom and me. We did a lot of cooking and had family in over the holidays so it was the perfect size. No one wanted to leave because the views of the sunrises and the gulf were stunning.
