Much needed getaway

We had a good time. Would have enjoyed a little sun! The condo was in a good location and was clean. The only issues we had were with the kitchen. There were no pot holders and it didn’t have a keurig. These issues didn’t spoil our trip, just a little inconvenient.

Clean and nicely decorated! Perfect short getaway.

Clean and nicely decorated condo. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Little noisy in the afternoon since it was just over the pool (5th floor). But not that much of an inconvenience. No elevators were working at the time we arrived! It was a tough climb of 5 flights of stairs and glad we were no higher! One elevator was fixed the next day.That's the only inconvenience we encountered. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again.

Property was okay.

The property was just okay. Considering what we paid for the property, it should have been a lot nicer. It is just dated, a little rusty in places, light bulbs burnt out, TV remote had low batteries, the sliding door to the deck was HORRIBLE to open/close. We were there in August, and the water was loaded with jellyfish and algae...probably not the best time of the year to be there!

Needs some fixes

Overall we were happy with the location of our property and what it had to offer. However, the sliding glass door to the balcony was stiff and would barely slide with two adults pushing it and had duct tape holding what appeared to be the glass in place. Most adults wouldn’t have been able to open the door by themselves to enjoy the patio. Also, there was a crack running the length of the ceiling and on our first day water was dripping from it and we called in to notify about it. I’m not entirely sure this property should be rented out until these two things ware fixed. The building is a great location for the beach and other entertainment and local shopping.
