Cleaning fee? For what?
I’ll start with the cleaning fee (which is Not cheap) you are required to pay. The dishes were dirty in the dishwasher, there was dust on most everything in the unit. The white bed skirt had black markings all over it. Not what I expected after paying $$$(not allowed to list price) night and $High$ cleaning fee! Outdoor furniture was very wore and falling apart, closet doors were off the tracks, jacuzzi in master bedroom is very hard to work. As far as the resort it looks really nice from a distance but up close it’s rather nasty. Mold/mildew around the indoor pools and the lobby area with fish very nasty!!! Eyes burn just walking through the indoor pool area to get to the parking garage. Parking is Ridiculously!!!! Walk to the beach is long stretch and might not be possible for people with health or handicapped issues. When you check in to the resort your given a envelope with information needed for your stay. In there it tells you to make sure all the trash is taken out and to make sure the dishes are washed. What’s that Expensive cleaning fee for?? The trash cans are all rather small and there are NO replacement bags. Our family Doesn’t plan to return to this resort for our annual Gulf coast vacation.
