Relaxing Family Vacation
This property was beautiful, well equipped and quiet. It is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. Just steps from the beach makes it convenient to go out to the ocean for a little while or all day. This property has everything you need to feel at home away from home. This property was exactly as advertised!! Condo was clean and really nice. View from balcony and master room where amazing. Such a short walk to the beach and pool, which was amazing. Location to shops and restaurants right across the road was a nice easy walk from condo. Definitely recommend staying here!!

We LOVED IT! You could not ask for a more perfect location, super short walking distance from the beach, sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night, or look out your bedroom window and see it! One of the nicest/cleanest places we have ever stayed by far.

We love staying at the Breakers! It's proximity to all the places we love to go is a big draw for us! We've met some amazing people there over the years and we all come back the next year at the same to enjoy another vacation! The condo is well kept (although the pool needed some TLC and once reported, it was received!) The owners are very attentive and helpful. We are already scheduled back for next year!

Nice Place To Stay
This was our first time at Orange Beach. The condo was nice overall. Randall is excellent with communication and responds very quickly every time. The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. That is our #1 thing we search for with condos (the cleanliness), and we were impressed with how clean it was. Good balcony views, and we loved how wide the sliding doors opened from the living room to the balcony. The beach was not crowded at all. Easy access to the beach from two different points. The pool is smaller, but never had a “too crowded” moment. Other reviews reference The Breakers being an older building, which is accurate, but that didn’t take away from us having a nice place to sleep, eat, and relax when not at the beach. It is a smaller complex, which means it was a quiet place to stay. The king bed is very firm, which we are not accustom to at home, but we still slept well on it without issues. The other beds were softer. We did not cook or use the kitchen, so cannot speak to that. The condo fit our needs for the week we stayed, and we had a great time in Orange Beach.

Good location and good access to beach. Very poor patio furniture. Bed was hard and cheap linens. Only one chair that was comfortable. Washing machine was extremely loud. The living room TV did not work The owner over the phone had me try several things before the TV worked. Very poor quality TVs. Highly overrated.

Manager is easy to work with and communicates promptly and clearly. The property is exactly as advertised. The view is amazing and much time was spent on the balcony reading and watching the pretty view. Very centralized location and could walk to a variety of places to eat and shop.
