Grand Caribbean 419 got a facelift . . . new paint, furniture and decor. This unit looks and feels brand new. You'll love all the updates!

This unit has a queen bed in the master bedroom, hallway bunk beds and a loft with a queen bed, accessible via a spiral staircase. It also has 1.5 bathrooms. The unit accommodates six guests comfortably.

Situated across the street from the beach and on Cotton Bayou, this boat friendly complex is the ideal setting for your next family getaway. This is one of the few resorts in Orange Beach that has space for your boat and trailer. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis (off-season only, from Labor Day to Memorial Day). Enjoy boating on Cotton Bayou or cross the street to enjoy a day at the beach with your toes in our snow white sand and views of the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Grand Caribbean complex also has a new workout room and added large screen TVs in the breezeway at the pool for sporting events and family movie nights. Grand Caribbean is perfectly situated in the middle of Orange Beach, so you've got access to restaurants, grocery stores, hiking and biking trails, and all the fun that Orange Beach has to offer.

Inside the unit, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen and a spacious living area, so the whole family can spread out and enjoy their vacations. The balcony offers views of both the bayou and gulf. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, DVD players, washer and dryer, high-end cotton linens, and a gulf view balcony accessible via living room.

***During the off-season, boats can be parked for $20/Day, $100/Week or $300/Month. Guest are only allowed to park boats onsite during the offseason – From Labor Day to Memorial Day and must be bought from the Coastline Management offices, 901 Commerce Dr A, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. They are the building management company and this is the only place that you can purchase boat parking passes.

Good close to beach
There was plenty of room, towels, and clean enough. However the sliver wear had food stuck to it and water standing in it and smelled bad. Once we ran it, it was fine but we just hand washed dishes while there. There wasn’t a sub supply of spices like other condos we’ve stayed out so bring your own and make sure you empty the dryer vent or your clothes won’t dry. The WiFi was super sketchy and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work at all. Otherwise, close to beach and AC worked good!

The view was fantastic. It is conveniently located near everything! The property manager was very prompt with responding before and after we arrived. We had 1 issue with the balcony door not locking and they quickly had maintenance fix that. The only thing that Im really concerned about is if the cleaning crew is mopping the floor. Granted it looked amazing but feet said other wise from walking around inside. Nothing major to complain about as I would totally stay here again. It's a great place!

Overall the stay was good.
Overall good, comforter on the bed in the downstairs was dirty with stains and bunk beds in the hall had a bad smell like urine. They were never used. Need to upgrade TVs. Only used at night, but only seem to connect with internet. Was slow and and kept rebooting on its own. Property was good just needs new beds on Bunks in the hall and coverings. Also suggest replacing TV in living room.

Love the location!
Enjoyed the location, but this rental needs a good cleaning and updated. There are hair balls and strands all over the steps, and the showEr rod is rusted to the point that a wash cloth turned orange from the rust.

Parking Guys were very strict.
Compact condo but worked well for us! Security were very strict when It came to parking passes. Told we needed a new one when we didn’t write the year. Thought this was a little overkill. Numerous cars got warnings daily on their vehicles. Otherwise, all was great.
