CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Relaxing Fall Break
We stayed at this property for a quick, 3-day weekend. The property was exactly as advertised. We loved having the beach right behind the building. Everything we needed was a short walk or drive away(restaurants, shopping, groceries). The property managers made themselves available several times via text asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was good. We will definitely try and book this property again next time we head to Orange Beach.

My family frequently visits the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. This was our 1st time at the this condo. It was perfect. Just enough room for us. The location was perfect as well. The room had all the amenities we needed. We will be looking to stay here there again.

I enjoyed so much there is only one complaint, I call the office to fix the towel holder it keeps coming off the wall but they never sent anyone to fixed, it was not really a big deal, since everything else was perfect

Bathroom's, kitchen and bedrooms were nice. The living and dining furniture left alot to be desired. Cleaning crew needs to wipe the glass door frames . They were disgustingly dirty from dirty hands inside and out. I had to clean it the best I could. Porch furniture was worn and needed fresh paint and new cushions. Overall it was ok. Good evening I wanted to say thank you very much for being such a great host. I had a wonderful time. Unfortunately I have taken this trip alone because things have come up with the friends that was supposed to come with me but staying alone turned out to be a blessing and I really enjoyed my stay at your place, and I have saved the information because I will certainly be back your location in your condo was worth every penny . So hopefully I’ll be back soon and do y’all normally have off-season specials during the winter? I would certainly look into that as well

Loved the location of the condo. Beach was wonderful, close to shops and food. Condo was clean, easy check in easy check out. The floors need to be mopped, could be sand build up. When walk across the floor barefoot the bottom of feet would be very dirty. Other than that very thing was great!

The condo floor was sandy when we arrived. Other than that the condo had all of the basic soaps and so forth. I would suggest you place bath mats in both the shower and tub. Thank you for your hospitality.

I absolutely loved our stay at the condo. I texted them letting them know I have a little one, please make sure the condo is super clean and they respond so quickly. Plus made sure everything was up to par. The location of the condo is perfect. I would absolutely stay here again. Only suggestion I have is upgrade the patio’s furniture. Other than that loved our stay.

Great beachfront condo!
My husband, myself and our 2 girls ages almost 5 and almost 2 thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The floors were a little dirty, but I know it’s hard to keep a beach condo floor completely clean. Everyone we met was very nice and friendly. The location is great with several grocery options right across the street and a Walmart 15-20 mins away.

Condo not impressive at all!!
Our stay was very uncomfortable, property was disgusting, condo was smelly and steal, trundle bed sheets had stains, tub was dirty, curtains were soil,banisters was dirty, table in kitchen was sticky, two chairs were very dirty,deck was not suitable for sitting, elevator was broken.I spoke with Alex at 4:37when my guests and I arrived spoke with him about trundle bed I was told there were two beds in the room he kept going over about the trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom he didn’t seem concerned about what I was feeling then he hung up on me,I call back at 4:46 spoke with Annie, told her about our issues, she said she would send housekeeping, the 3 days we were there we never saw anyone from housekeeping so we cleaned the condo ourselves, maintenance guy was the only one that showed about water leak outside hall, I ask to speak with a manager, Annie said manager wouldn’t return until Tuesday. This is not acceptable and not professional at all.I felt like I should have been compensated because I was given wrong information about the beds and based on Alex conversation with me there were no other rooms available which caused us to make other sleeping arrangements. I feel I should have been compensated for the condition of the condo that was unsatisfactory!!

Great stay!
The property was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. It was right on the main strip of Orange Beach - Publix, putt putt, arcade, water park, all within 10 minutes. The only thing I would say that the description did not make clear is that if you need the trundle bed - you’d have to move furniture. It is not accessible otherwise, which was a bit of an annoyance.

Very dirty condo. Poor customer service.
Upon entering the condo, the first bedroom was dirty. Pills laying on the floor, used water bottle, fake eyelashes, tags, bathing suit liners, curtains stained with yellow substance, and no bedding for the trundle bed. Not to mention, full of dust and dirt. The rest of the cleanliness in the condo was fair. Hair on toilets, sand on floors, and needed many things wiped down. The master bedroom had someone elses nail clippers under the mattress pad, leaving me to wonder if they even get changed. We got in late night and then had to run to the store to buy cleaning supplies and use an air matress due to the dirty beds & no bedding. Contacted the proptery manager with pictures and concerns. I asked for someone to call us in the morning. No one ever did. I did receive a text asking if we'd like sheets and the cleaning service to come. To this, I informed them that we had already bought cleaning supplies and spent a few hours cleaning it oursleves the night before. The response was "Understood" and nothing was even offered to refund us the cleaning supplies, which should have been the very least they could have done. We waited until the week was over to give them the opportunity to make it right. Nothing. If I could rate them a zero across the board, I would. So disappointing to spend this much money for such poor customer service and a dirty condo.

Liked the property on the second floor. Great location in Orange Beach convenient to everything.
Didn’t care for all the barking little dogs in building. Some dogs liked much larger then the 20 lbs max listed in rules! But overall we enjoyed the property and the beach experience. Thx for sharing.
