Comfortable & Convenient!

Check-In was very easy and simple. Property management communication was great. The location was convenient and close to restaurants. The condo is smaller, perfect for 2/3 people. It could use some updates, but a nice short vacation spot. I’d stay again!

Orange Beach Great, Condo needs help

Condo had a great view, good location. Owners had updated, however, the sofa and loveseat was not clean, and had a lot of wear. Also, contacted property manager, as there were only two drinking glasses, never got any resolution. Toilet leaked. Was not fixed during stay.

Well lived in..

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 605. No problem parking, everything you need right there close by. Loved sitting on the balcony each morning and evening for meals while taking in the breeze and view. The only negative comment I have is this place has been well lived in, taking a beating in some spots. Needs an over all "spruce up". Couch and chair needs a steam cleaning, repainting entire condo, new comforters, sheets, pillows.

Awesome Experience

I’ve stayed in several condos, but this experience was amazing! The management company contacted me the morning of and had contact throughout our stay just to make sure everything was okay. The condo was clean and look just like the pictures. The view is amazing! I will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect for my needs. I was in town for travel baseball World Series. Everything was very clean and comfortable. My grandson and his friend even came down from their condo and slept on the pull out couch a couple of nights because they said it was more comfortable than the one in their condo. I didn’t bring a blow dryer and there is not one provided but I just picked one up at Walgreens. I always travel with a fan and a noise machine because we are usually traveling with a group of 11 year old boys. The bedroom is on the front of the condo next to the hall and elevator but since I had noise machine it was fine. I would most definitely stay here again.

Beach stay

We were locked out of our condo twice. Our first code never worked when we arrived. Then on the 4th day after coming off the beach our code failed to work again. We had an infant with us and had to wait out in the hall until we were able to someone to help us. Good thing is that it was quickly resolved.

Quick weekend getaway

Great Condo on the Beach!

The condo was very clean with nice upgrades! The was a perfect view of the the ocean and also could look out over outdoor pool from balcony. Room located right near elevators so no long walk with luggage. Pier walk right off the pool that gives you direct beach action. Beach was not to crowded and everyone did a great job with Social distancing with their families. The only drawback was the hot tub was closed/caution taped off. We thought it may have been out of order but later realized it was more than likely closed due to COVID 19 because it was very small/no way to be 6 feet apart in there, so we were not able to enjoy this part. Other than this we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!
