We saved so much money having our own kitchen to cook everything. The pool temp is amazing with great jazz music. My kids had so many other kids to play with.

Great place!

Clean condo that looked exactly as shown with all needed items on hand. Nice screened in balcony with seating and a great community pool area just a 5 minute walk away. 10 minute drive to Disney parks and less than 5 to Walmart. Gated property felt very safe and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Our stay here was amazing! The owner had great communication. We had some hiccups along the way (our fault) and she helped sort everything out for us in a timely manner. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It’s also a beautiful piece of property and close to everything. The pool area was very nice. My kids enjoyed the slides and there’s a little store there to get supplies and snacks. Would stay again. Price was great too!

A brilliant stay overall.

We had a great time! From the first contact everything was very straightforward and smooth. Communication was very good along with the check in process. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our trip. We had a mishap when we left, as we were informed that the towels had been damaged which was incorrect. This did leave a bad taste for what was such an lovely stay but it seemed it was resolved with the owner and property management as we didn’t hear anything back from it. This was the only disappointing thing as we took extra care to make sure the apartment was left as we’d found it, and the overall stay was brilliant. With that aside we would highly recommend this host and property.

Amazing!

Definitely recommend it! My husband is in a wheelchair and he was very comfortable here which made my vacation a vacation. 100% will be returning for more Disney parks that are super close to the condo which was a plus. The pool and water slides were so much fun for my 7yr old.

The property I rent was very nice and clean atmosphere was awesome also host was extremely nice quick response to any problems. Fair price for nice place

Unit was just as described. Quiet. Simply decorated. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy drive to Disney. Have to check in at the gate for car tag and then again at club house for pool bracelets. Would be better if that could be combined, but I don’t think that’s the owner’s decision. Close enough to walk to pool, but not so close to hear it. Would stay again.

Great pool area!

All was great and super close to attractions. We didn’t come for Disney so played at the pool a lot and water slides were a hit. My youngest called it the “water park” the whole time. Condo had everything we needed and we had a great time. Thanks!!

Easter Disney Trip

We had an amazing Easter at your home! Very clean and comfortable. My children, mom and I felt at home for Easter. My children loved the pool area and didn’t want to leave all weekend! Our next trip we plan to be back again.

Property needs to be deep cleaned, not wiped down and appliances updated - dishwasher does not clean properly even with rinsed dishes, washing machine is extremely loud and bangs/ jumps from being off balance. Both toilets have extremely flush pressure.

Great property with a few minor things. Never received the access code to get in prior to myu arrival. had to get in touch with property manager upon day of arrival to get in but received a quick response and got in with no issues. For the most part condo was clean but could have used some deep cleaning as the fans were caked with dust on the blades. All the towels were in the dryer upon arrival. Took a while to find them. Almost every other rental like this had dish soap available to hand wash dishes this one did not. Recomend adding this to your units as well as a Tide Pod or two to run the washer at least once. Was told the water slides would be open but they were not. Pool was open and available But great location. 15 minutes to Disney and great looking poperty. Beds slept well and well supplied with needed dishes for an enjoyable stay.

Nightmare

My stay was nothing relaxing. Was frustrated with the lack of communication. The lack of accuracy of the listing. Found out at the time of my arrival of the 3 car only maximum per rental unit. The next morning I went to the Welcome Center to get my wristbands to find out that my visitors weren’t allowed in the pool area or water park. Only the guest staying were allowed wristbands. You couldn’t even purchase wristbands for your visitors. Emailed the host at 12:30 pm for a parking pass. Called the property manger no answer, left a message no response. At 3:30 in the afternoon my visitor still had no access to the property. I had to leave the property with my guest, park their car in the nearest Walmart parking lot and drive back to the property. My frustration was voiced in an email to the host and her response was I’m a real estate agent I should’ve known. That comment was unprofessional, sarcastic and irrelevant to the matter at hand. Not only as a guest but as a Realtor. I would not stay at Windsor Hills ever again, nor would I recommend it to family, friends or clients.
