The room appeared unclean. The bathroom walls had makeup smeared. The floor tiles on bathroom floor were dirty and corners full of dust. The sofa cushions were stained made it unwelcoming to sit. I’ve stayed in A Lofts before, the DT Orlando location wasn’t quite up to par. Mentioned it to the front desk. They apologized and comped me with gift card. Average stay. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We arrived at 6pm after a 3 hour drive and room wasn’t ready. Was provided vouchers for snack area. In the am, housekeeping came twice before 12. Went to concert and attempted to sleep in. Overall experience was okay just giving honest feedback.
