Security was unsure of where the staff was, after waiting 20mins and leaving a message regarding my concern, no one reached out. I addressed the issue upon check out. Had a fantastic experience! We stayed here for a trip visiting Disneys Epcot and it was super convenient! They have shuttles that can take you to the park as well as onsite parking. Hotel is also close to a lot of food options

I loved the proximity to Disney and Universal. Tons of other dining and shopping options within a mile or two. I stayed eight nights and never heard other guests. People next door were playing music loudly one night, but I only heard it in the hall; inside my room it was super quiet. My only wish would be for the bar to stay open a little later after a long day at the (dry Magic Kingdom) parks.
