Stunning 3 bedroom townhouse with three en suite bathrooms just 9 miles to Disney! Regal Palms is a gated resort with amazing amenities: two pools, lazy river, hot tub, and water slide make it a true hidden gem among smaller Orlando resorts. The living room and all three bedrooms have cable TV and Wifi access. The resort also features a fitness center, arcade, restaurant, bar and tiki bar, plus an ice cream parlor. The unit has a large screened lanai with roomy seating, a balcony, a Keurig Coffee Bar, and a Harry Potter themed mini playroom "Cupboard Under the Stairs." Decorated in bright and airy coastal living colors with some Mickey Mouse decor for the kids.

Pets: We are pet friendly! Sorry, no cats allowed due to allergies. You will need to clean up after your dogs and keep them leashed at all times on property. The non-refundable pet fee is $100 for the first dog, $100 for the second dog, not per night but for your entire length of stay. Message us about more than two for consideration.

We are 9 miles to Disney property, 15 miles to Sea World/Aquatica, 18 miles to Universal Studios, and 24 miles to Orlando International Airport. A good rule of thumb is 2-3 minutes per mile for "normal" Orlando traffic without wrecks or traffic jams. Interstate 4 is notorious for delays, which all depends on your time of travel.

Living room: Enjoy a 52-inch TV seated on a roomy couch and chair.

Bedrooms: luxury vinyl in all three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a King bed- brand new furniture and a new mattress June 2023. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and a balcony - brand new mattress June 2023. Bedroom three (downstairs) has bunk beds with a single on top and a full on the bottom. There's a Harry Potter themed mini playroom "Cupboard Under the Stairs" in the closet of this bunk room. It's a perfect spot for kids to play or for adults to take selfies! The upstairs bathrooms feature oversized Jacuzzi soaking tubs. The mattresses are comfortable, with brand new bedding and decorative pillows. The townhouse comfortably sleeps seven.

Kitchen: The kitchen features stainless steel microwave and refrigerator, plus a toaster, blender, and granite counter tops. There's a new dining table for four. The Keurig Coffee Bar has additional seating for two; with power for charging electronics, this bar can also be used as a work station or homework desk.

Outdoor Living: The enclosed, covered lanai looks out over a grassy hill with trees. The ceiling fan and abundant seating will make you the envy of all your vacation neighbors, whether it's to start your morning with coffee or end the day with a cold beverage.

Parking: You have two parking spaces specifically designated for your rental; no one else is allowed to park in your space. There is no additional fee for parking.

Additional Resort Fee: Regal Palms charges a daily Resort Fee of $20.00 (plus tax, per day) covering your entire household (not per person) that is due upon check in, where you will receive RFID bands for your group to access all the amenities. All wristbands must be turned in at the end of your stay; $10 will be charged for any missing wristbands. This is not included in any fees you pay us - this is a separate charge paid upon arrival directly to Regal Palms. A $100 incidental hold will be placed on a credit card by Regal Palms at the time you check in to secure the return or wrist bands and pool towel cards. Once your items are returned to the front desk upon check out, the $100 hold will be returned to your credit card. This could take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement for credit cards and 5-10 business days for debit cards. Regal Palms accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Diner Club. All credit cards provided at check-in time are required to be EMV enabled = chipped.

Resort amenities: heated pool and zero entry pool beach style pool, lazy river, large hot tub, and water slide, kid’s metal playground, health and fitness center, large arcade, five barbecue stations, and sand volleyball court. There are Wi-Fi hotspots in all four barbecue areas, at the pool, and inside the clubhouse.

24-hour manned security at the main resort entrance. No one enters the pool area without RFID bands issued at your time of check in.

Unit location: walk to the aquatic complex, gym, restaurant and arcade in less than 3 minutes from the townhouse.

3 minute drive from Regal Palms Resort: Highlands Reserve Golf Course, Publix, IHOP, Applebee’s, Subway, Twistee Treats Ice Cream, Circle K, CVS, Wendy’s, Dollar Tree, UPS Store, and Dollar General.

5 minute drive from Regal Palms Resort: Wal-mart Supercenter, Lowe’s, Orlando Lake Hospital, McDonald’s, Chic-fil-A, Waffle House, and Orlando Cat Cafe.

On site restaurant: No need to drive off property for a meal when you can dine next to the resort lobby at Frankie Farrells Pub and Grill of Davenport. Prices are reasonable and in our experience, the meals have been freshly made to order and delicious. Pizza, wings, burgers, sandwiches, turkey wraps, Caesar salad, and Chicken Parmesan are popular items. Kids meals served with fries include grilled cheese, hot dogs, chicken strips or hamburgers for $6.95.

A $250 security deposit hold will automatically be placed on the credit card on file three days prior to travel. This hold will be released three days after departure unless property damages have occurred that need to be paid for. The cleaning fee covers a simple cleaning; $100 will be charged if extra deep cleaning is needed due to pet hair. There are two vacuum clearers in the unit for your assistance. In the last two years, this hold has been released every time without incident.
