Not what advertised
From the pics it looks pretty upscale, but the property is not maintained as it should be. The game room is useless- one short cue stick with no tip?! We used the end of a broom handle! The air hockey table had a huge gouge in it that made play impossible. Foosball was only thing that worked-A/C unit out there didn’t work. Not nearly enough kitchenware for the number of people it claims to accommodate. 4 bedrooms upstairs and A/c unit didn’t work- they did send a tech out who said it needed a part. Was told had to get approval to purchase from owner- days later they came again and said it was fixed, but hours later still no cooling. On second to last day someone came and said it was working, that we didn’t have the thermostat on correctly! That’s what Exec Villas insisted was the problem. How insulting- 2 of the men which have rental properties know how to not only use a thermostat but knows when compressor is not working. Very disappointed in Exec Villas, will never use or recommend them again.
