The hotel stay was average. I made an error with booking and thought I was staying at the hotel Palms instead of the international Avanti property. There was no shuttle service to the attractions when we needed it

It was a great Stay!! We stayed for 7 days. House keeping was everyday!! Front desk was a little slow to checkin, the pool was clean. Resort fee is kind of a stretch cause TV barely had channels we used our laptop to watch stuff, the shower was missing a door Pool access should be all night as well

Great location & price
I rated this hotel with 4 out of 5. Because the location was great. The refurbishment done the hotel looked very modern. The rooms were great and spacious, and it was close to everything. It had all you needed for the price. The reason I didn't give it the additional star was because we were staying in room 4205 and the lock did not work every night that we came back. We had to look for a maintenance guy around resort, track him down and get him to come back to our room and try to unlock our doors. We then we had to wait on him to go get a blow dryer. To warm up the lock to let us get in. The maintenance worker told us that in Orlando, it gets cold and the lock freezes up. I don't believe that because this is Florida, and it was seventy degrees outside.

There were worms and spiders in the tub. Stuff all over the floor as if it wasn’t slept. The sheets on the queen bed had black things all over it and the sheet to the pull out bed was dirty with brown stains.
