The place elevator was out and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs furniture was dirty tv was very small in each room I would not be staying again what if we would have had a familial member in a wheel chair that needed a elevator to use

Quick trip to see the grands
This was our first stay here and will not be our last. There was plenty to do to keep my 4 and 8 year old grandsons occupied the entire time. We did not leave the resort for two days and we all left feeling deeply rested. Front office communication was great. Everything was clean and the kitchen even had a hand mixer and a blender and was stocked enough for 3-4 day stay.

We have stayed at the westgate, which is on the same property in the past. This is a time share, you rent their unoccupied rooms. First room they gave me the mold/mildew was so bad from the carpets i had an instant headache. Returned back to the front to be issued a new room. We were then given a 3 floor room that was more updated with tile floors. Dust build up was everywhere and hair was in all corners of the rooms. For the price its decent. Just know if you have allergies, like me, get the rooms with tile and probably sweep and dust first. Overall for the value it was good. Just needs more attention to detail on cleaning.

Really Nice!
Really great for the price. There are two resorts in the same location, so confused me for a second but check in was simple and quick. Room was nice condition, plenty of dishes to cook with and a lot of pools to choose from.

The hotel has two main front desks which was initially confusing. The linens were changed promptly. Otherwise the stay was great. The rooms were cleanly and well maintained. The spa hot tubs scattered throughout the property were closed for some reasons randomly.

The condo they gave us was very old and very tired. There was a very strong musty smell and we had no air conditioning. The TV didnt work and was old. They sent a maintenance man to our unit but he didnt speak English. Another man came and he gave us a newer TV and replaced the furnace filter but couldnt fix the air conditioning. We were very hot overnight. The next day they "fixed" the air conditioning. Our furniture was very old and very uncomfortable and dirty. We killed many cockroaches. We lost cable for long periods of time several times. After 2 weeks we lost our air conditioning again. The man who came said they couldnt fix it but called the front desk and thy said we could move to another condo that wasnt updated and had no washer and dryer. I said no and 2 minutes later they said they could give us an updated condo with a washer and dryer! (Why didnt they give us that in the first place!) We moved at 9 pm Newer condo was much better but we had to run the hot water in the kitchen for a long, long time to get hot water they came but didnt fix it. The man who helped us was very kind and did his best to help. We have been to Florida over 50 times and have never had a worse experience

Very nice and updated! Super clean, everything we found everything we needed for our stay! There is a musty smell when you first walk into the apartment the it kind of goes away, it may have something to do with the air conditioner.

I liked that they had security walking around. I liked the options of 4 pools. I would have liked the pools to be a tad warmer (Pool one was the warmest) and I would have liked a hot tub at each pool. One poo was not heated at all. And I don't like that people smoke at the pools.

Located within car distance to everything
A good solid base for attractions in Orlando. The appartments is of older date, but there are evrything that is needed, and many facilities and everyhting is a nearby car distance. As a noice sensitive person, this resort, was a bit to much. There are many fans and other draft/water noices in the appartment that we stayed in. Not only from our, but also from the appartment above. So whenever they turned something on, the noice traveled to our appartment as well.
