I would recommend this property! Just be sure you townhome is not on the side close to Old Town. The townhouse was great and could easily have held 8. We were 6. But they definitely need attention. The carpet on the stairs and in the rooms is absolutely awful and must be replaced. The dryer vent was leaking into the house so the washer/dryer cabinet was filled with lint and hot moist air when you ran it. The a/c vent on the stairwell was so dusty and needed a good scrubbing. These are maintenance things in my mind. For the price the condo was perfect for our family. Kitchen has all the basics. We brought many things from home because we cooked many meals and ended up buying a cutting board and basting brushes. Parking is right outside your door. Easy walk to old town which has restaurants and really is just fun to see. Within a 10 minute drive you have grocery stores, many restaurants and Target or Walmart. We also ubered from the airport and got our rental at Old Town the next day. The cherry on top is the beautiful heated salt water pool! They do have a water slide but it did not ever seem to be open the week we stayed. We also had a hot tub in our yard which the kids loved. It was lovely to have this extra space with dinning table outside. The front desk staff were friendly but did not offer any extra info beyond checking us in. We would recommend and stay again!

Over all the property was in good shape , however with this being a mix of permanent residents and vacation houses we had the wonderful view of old mattressā€™s , box springs and old bbqs in our back yard . Their was zero landscaping in the area behind the house leaving if full of decaying leaves and dying trees . The hot tub was to dirty to use until they came and cleaned it at which point it was still very dirty but the maintenance man did do his best so that we had it available and not down for several days The pool was heated and clean which was plus , the food was okay but with the cabana being understaffed you would be waiting 45mins to 1 hr for drinks and food . Not sure if it was just our luck of placement because other areas of the property seemed nicer and cleaner .

Very closed to all Disney parks, restaurants, stores which is a major plus! Property has everything we need for a family of 6. The hot tub was nice to come home to after a long day of walking! We had a lovely and pleasant stay!

Great property! Only 10 to 15 minutes from all the theme parks. Super clean. It was perfect to come home to a jacuzzi every night to soak in after a day walking.

They didnā€™t do a very good job cleaning up. There were a few cockroaches, and the floor was very dirty. The dishes were put away but werenā€™t clean. Apart from that, the place was nice and quiet. The jacuzzi was nice but a bit small.

Sofa pullout bed unclean, with no bed kit readily available. Front door unlocking mechanism had a dying battery, and took days to be repaired. Location is convenient, overall you get what you pay for. Thankfully didn't plan to use the hot tub which has a loose cover allowing green/moldy water to form. Definitely not enough towels for a full house.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks. We had a two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with private hot tub and it was perfect for our group of 4. My only critics is the hot tub cover desperately needs to be replaced (stained and cracked which would leave little pieces floating in the hot tub). And pretty much all the toilet paper roll holders were broken and the toilet paper kept falling off of them. But everything else was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was pretty much in the middle of universal studios and Disney parks, and walking distance from Old Town. The gated entrance also made us feel safe. I would definitely stay again.
