Room was for two queen size beds but they were full and not queen.The night auditor that checked us in seem like she had an attitude.Room was not as clean seen hair on the bathroom floor and like two skittles in the coner of the bed. The rest of the staff was pretty cool and I was comfortable during my stay

Everything was VERY expensive. I guess I didn't read the fine print in the booking because I got charge $20 just for parking. The was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. They had it in the rooms but had to go to the lobby for creamers and sweeteners. It would have been nice to just get the coffee and everything down there. No continental breakfast, only the expensive "Bistro" option.

I stayed at the hotel for a concert, and I found the location to be very convenient. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful, addressing all of my inquiries. Despite being fully booked, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which made for a very pleasant stay.

Good location and Value
Excellent stay, we selected the package to include parking and breakfast for 2. The breakfast was good quality and the location was fenced. A convenient location if you need to be close to Downtown. We had an event in Winter Park and it was a quick commute.
