Disney Trip
We rented this house for a week of Disney fun. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 3 days due to Hurricane Milton. The house was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all of its amenities. The upstairs game room came in handy for a rainy day spent indoors. The entire house was tastefully decorated and was totally our vibe. The pool/hot tub situation was a bit confusing. Apparently the hot tub doesn’t run and keep heat after the pool pump shuts off. The pump is on a timer and shuts off too early, so if you are waiting to get kids to bed or when it’s dark, it will not work for you. My only other complaint is that the bed pillows need replaced with something better, they were just too flat and uncomfortable for our liking. We would definitely consider staying here again or recommend to a friend.

Great family trip
This property was great! We were a group of 11 with 3 children and everything we needed was provided. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The resort pool and clubhouse were just a short walk away. We had a few questions during our stay and all were answered right away. I would definitely recommend this property!

We chose this home because of the location to the amenities and ratings. The place looks clean but it is not really clean. There was soap scum in the sink and the shower shelf. Supplies (trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap) was not enough for our stay and I had to purchase additional supplies. There was trash that was moved into the garage floor. They expect you to removed all bedding, wash towels, run dishwasher so I am not sure why charge a cleaning fee if I have to leave everything washed and clean.

Perfect Family Vacation Home
We brought together 4 generations (11 people) of our family for a week at this fantastic home and had a wonderful time. It is rare to find a listing that looks like it does in the photos, but this home was everything shown and so much more. It features plenty of space, lots of things to do, one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever seen, and amazing hosts who communicate quickly and ensure everything is taken care of immediately. We will absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful home in a great location
We brought our college softball team here for a quick stay and really loved it! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The back yard pool and hot tub are great. Make sure you read the directions about how to get the hot tub warmer. Only recommendation for future guests is that if you have a large party, bring your own toilet paper. We ran out after one day. Otherwise, they have plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups etc. They also have an awesome upstairs area with a pool table and gaming area. And lots of TVs throughout the house. Would love to come back here again for a personal vacation.

Terrific home, very clean, with very responsive owners
Everything was easy regarding booking, checking in, and communicating with the owners. Clean property in nice neighborhood with good amenities. Fully stocked kitchen… we cooked and ate in a lot and lacked nothing in regards to utensils and cookware. Pool and spa were great! Thanks for sharing your home with our family Neil and Tammy!

Wonderful home
We have stayed in this house before. The owners maintain and above average home and make sure everything is set for a higher quality stay than your average rental experience. We have booked several other homes in Florida and this one is a plus. Located close to parks but easy to access services. Our favorite area is the pool and it was wonderful.

Clean, spacious, convenient
Home was huge and super clean. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. The private pool and hot tub were great to have and enjoyed by all. About a 20 minute drive to Disney Hollywood Studios. About 40 minute drive to Lego Land. Close to a Publix grocery and Target. Short walk to clubhouse. Neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent home
Neil and Tammy have a great home. We have stayed in other vacation rentals and this was one of the more exceptional places we have stayed. I had a special request and they accommodated it. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this home to anyone. They are very good communicators and check in often to make sure we didn’t need anything. This rental would be my first pick for future trips.

Great vacation home
This home is a great place to vacation. With so much space, a large kitchen, private, pool and hot tub and a great neighborhood to walk around in, what more could someone want. The only Tammy were great hosts, and the house was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone close to Disney as well about a 15 minute drive.

Stunning, clean, feels like home Vacation experience
This vacation home has a feels like home atmosphere, and is fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, linens, bath towels, hangers, tv in every room, plenty of fridge space ( 3 of them!) , laundry facilities, 5 bathrooms! It is also beautifully decorated. It is also close to all amenities, including grocery stores, theme parks and restaurants. The home is spotless, not only on the inside but the pool area including outdoor furniture is so comfortable and clean too. There is so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Was the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time. Thank you Tammy and Neil for sharing your home and being such great hosts!

We have stayed at a variety of area properties over the past 7 years and this home made the top of the list! Owner was very responsive to our requests as they came up and worked with us on minor issues. Great location, 5 minute walk to the water park. Beds were very comfortable and property was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the house and pool was amazing!! The game room was loved by the kids. The ac couldn't be lowered, which is rough in June. Only 2 of the 4 upstairs rooms had ceiling fans. We bought 4 fans. Also, there was a pipe leak in the upstairs suite room, which really never got handle. The carpet was soaking wet 75% of our trip. The room started to smell like old moldy towels. Three different maintenance people came to check it out, but the issue was nvere resolved. I text the property manager and homeowners numerous times throughout our week long stay. I recieved delayed replies most of the time.

Outstanding property for families
We went to FL for my dad's Memorial Service. We had two kids ages 9 and 3 that loved the Lego Room. We used the crib and travel crib and both were in great shape. Also found monitors and other items for small children. The pool was clean and nice and the resort added more fun to the trip. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. Owners answered all our questions and were great to work with! Would highly recommend and hope to go back again soon!

Beautiful home/but problems
I would like to start by saying the home is beautiful and spacious , very clean . Comfortable beds and furniture. We had a large party and it gave everyone their own space and plenty of room for the kids to play . Well stocked with dishes and items you may forget . We didn’t need it but there was a small crib and stroller there to use When we arrived the main TV in the living room would not work. We tried calling and leaving three messages at the number left in the home guide book . Our plans were to order pizzas , chill out for the night and watch football while the kids swam . The book said the property management worked til 7 or8 on Saturday and we left messages , phone and email, to never receive a call back. I messaged the owners and had to go back and forth with them over time, as they spoke to the property team, who I guess was returning their messages but not mine. There were few other TVs but in bedrooms and to have to eat in a bedroom and try to get 7adults in one bedroom to watch the game just didn’t cut it. We were told the team checks each tv and takes pictures before we checked in. I felt like I was being accused of breaking the tv. Finally the conclusion was the tv would be replaced but not until Sunday ! I guess they skipped the inspection that day . The pool was supposed to be heated, and yes I know we had cooler temps, but it was freezing and as the weekend went on , the weather got colder so the pool , which we were charged for heating costs, was un usable to us The Xbox finally came on but the kids all ended up Playing on iPads because it was skipping and lagging very bad. They couldn’t play it The internet for all of us lagged the whole weekend, not strong at all The dishwasher was loaded completely full with clean dishes but we had to put them away when we arrived and I didn’t understand how you charge for cleaning , but the guest is expected to do everything except three loads of laundry? We spent the last few hours of our last night washing all the towels which is a lot when you have 5 bathrooms and 12 people and got up extra early to start all the bedding so we weren’t charged for leaving dirty laundry ? Again, the home is very nice, great for big parties but the communication with a team that is supposed to be there to help you, sucks! The owners may want to check up on who they are paying to take care of these issues for them as they are not fully doing their jobs !
