Went down to breakfast at 9am. There was no where to sit. They had run out of yogurt. The pastries were very cold. The TV in the room had 6 bright spots on the screen, like burnout or something. Very hard to watch TV like that.

Overall hotel stay good was but except few things - The bathroom exhaust fan was too loud - There was no bathing soap provided. I had to ask for it - The bathroom was a bit old kind - Not even bare minimum utensils were provided. They should have been provided as they had given us Microwave The best thing about hotel was the breakfast area / dining area is very nice and can accommodate so many people together. Additionally, their complementary drink coupons were great.

The housekeeper left our door unlocked all day. I am grateful that nothing was stolen because when we tried to unlock the door, it had been fixed so that it did not close. I was disappointed by the response that was given by the gentleman who answered the phone when we called downstairs to complain.

Family Trip for Christmas
Room was nice and spacious but toilet ran all night and was not flushable until the next morning. When i asked guest services for water I was told there is no water and I would have to purchase my own water. When i returned from our day, there were two water containers filled with ice water by the elevators. I had to pay 18$ to park and they didn’t have water for guests. Overall .. it was okay.
