My carpet was soak and wet between the bedroom and bathroom. I almost slipped twice when we got here but didn’t think much of it until I got back at my room with dinner and took my shoes off and noticed our socks were soaked. Not sure where the water was coming from but I put a bunch of towels down hoping it would be gone by morning. I’m was there for 3 nights. It was still. Soak and the room smelled horrible from the soaked carpet when I got back from my conference. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and we I we switched rooms. Certainly a hassle to deal with. No manager contact after. I would have expected a call or email or something. Not even an extra drink ticket. Oh well. Hotel really is dates.

We had an amazing time staying here. The hotel concierge were very nice and the housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast and happy hour were really good. I love that they even had sheets and crayons for the kids to color on.

Needs a deep clean
Check in was a bit confusing because we had added an extra day. Our room is smaller than used to with Embassy and needs a deep clean. The furniture (2 chairs and sofa) has obvious bodily fluids stains so we had to cover them with sheets. The hotel is booked so we can't change rooms. Oh and no famous diy waffles. It's not allowing me to add photos

Family Vacation for Birthdays
Quiet time was at 10pm, there was a family reunion & it was everything but quiet. Our air must not have had working air. Our room was extremely warm the 3 nights we stayed there. We didn’t complain there because it was too much of a hassle to move to another room even if they had one. From what I was told when we checked in, they were fully booked & we had our dog with us too. We would give it a second chance though. Hot, great breakfast over the weekend. Nothing left on Monday though.
