Property in overcrowded neighborhood steps away from being ghetto. No sidewalks, cars park on street and in yards. Couldn't lock front door from the outside. Unable to contact host effectively. I will not rent property again

Lovely Family Vacation Home
Enjoyed our stay very much! So much space for the 8 of us. Beautiful home, decorated with care. Has everything a home away from home would require, towels, bedding, every cooking utensil you can think of with pots and pans. Clean bathrooms and beautifully decorated rooms! Pool was fabulous, well maintained! Cute game room, wish we had more time to use it! Great communication with property management. When we had an issue with the washer, acted so quickly to make sure we had clean towels. I’m sure this issue has been resolved by now with a new washer. Also issue with checkin… code didn’t work despite entering code as instructed. Management quickly sorted access, thank you.. Walmart and restaurants 5-10 mins away! Would definitely stay here again.

A piece of paradise
The property is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone and well equipped with everything. When I say everything, I do mean everything in the kitchen, closets, games, baby stuff, towels, wash clothes. The property management are so responsive to any concerns that arose. We did encounter ants during the stay but an exterminator was sent out asap and he even did a follow up to make sure the ants were gone. The one thing others mentioned is the game room in the garage being very hot and the unit not working, this was minor to us but it would be nice to have this area a little cooler in the summer months. The parking was a little tight for two vehicles and especially with the trees grown so huge in the front yard. The grass could have used a trim but overall the home is beautiful. We would definitely stay again. It’s quiet but convenient to everything including Disney. Thank you to the property host.

Beautiful property. Description of property is exactly as written. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We parked 2 full size trucks in driveway but it was extremely tight. Street parking is very tight as well and usually taken. Game room is nice but hard to use due to heat. We would definitely stay there again!

This property was spacious and the decor was aesthetically appealing. However there were a couple of issues. There was what seemed like dog/cat hair on the pillow/comforter in the upstairs master bedroom. There is an area in the living room that the tiles are buckled/broken and every time you walk on it it crumbles.possible trip hazard. The air conditioning in the game room doesn’t work so it was too hott to enjoy as well as all the balls were delflated. The garage/sink disposal in the kitchen doesn’t work. The area was a bit congested and some of the lawns were overgrown. Overall good stay but could use some work.

Awesome house with space for everyone!
This house was amazing! PROS: 1) Tons of space. 3 masters, two dining areas, three living areas, plus pool area outside. 2). Nicely furnished. The house has super comfy furniture and they had thought of everything. We only needed to furnish our food and drinks. 3). Location. The ride to the parks was an easy drive. 4). Communication. I had to contact host about a couple of little things and they were very responsive. CONS: 1) Parking. Room to closely park two cars in drive. Everyone in the neighborhood was parked in the street, including directly in front of this home, so we didn’t have room to park one of our vehicles at the home. Very frustrating. 2). Game room in the garage was a sauna and totally unusable. There is a standing air unit, but it didn’t cool it at all. We had teens and young kids and they wouldn’t even go in there even thought it had awesome games. 3). We paid extra for heated pool and spa and could never get them warm at all. We even set the timer to 60 minutes twice in a row with no luck. Would I stay here again? - Absolutely! We loved it! We stay in lots of VRBO homes and this was definitely one of the best.

Pretty house but management sucks
We booked this house for our honeymoon over the last week. We ran into an issue with the pool and a misunderstanding on our end, but when it was mentioned to the property management, the were very rude and accused us of “ignoring the description of the house”. The house clearly states it has a heated pool and has pictures posted with it but you have to request for the pool to be heated which is a little redundant. They told me “we never said you couldn’t use the pool” but when I responded with “no one wants to swim in freezing cold water”, no response was made. The issue with the management is that even if we had requested the pool to be heated, we wouldn’t have been able to use it due to them “retiling the pool”. Very inconvenient as we paid over $1600 for a house with a pool we can’t even use. The neighborhood is very over crowded. If you bring more than one car, good luck trying to find parking. Also, there are racoons everywhere in the neighborhood so be careful.

Week stay July 2023
Just finished a week stay with 8 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 infant. PROS: Beautiful home, very large, accurate description. Everyone had more than enough space. The check in and out process was easy. Communication with the property manager was always quick and easy. Very close to shopping and the Disney parks. We loved the pool and that there wasn't another home immediately behind us so we could definitely relax. You can gell the owners have put a lot of work into their home. CONS: A lot of work has been done but more could be done. The railing on the landing going upstairs was very wobbly. The pool could use some repairs and the bottom looked dirty. The AC in the game room didn't work. The trash outside was absolutely disgusting and rancid, it was overflowing with weeks of garbage and 2 men couldn't move it to the curb, management had to come empty it. We ordered a crib in February which cost us $130 and it arrived a day late, we were promised at least a days refund and haven't received it yet. The street is very narrow, parking fills up fast, and the driveway is tight so use caution if you're traveling with more than 1 car. Overall beautiful home and we were pleased with our stay. We wouldn't "not" stay here again but we would like to stay at another property next time to experience something different.

The prior property was as advertised. Spacious and clean and close to some dining options and a Publix. The only complaint would be the TV's. There was no way to watch local tv and the cable guide was incomprehensible. There was no way to search for and watch channels such as Food Networ or ESPN or even the local NBC affiliate. But we weren't there to watch tv so it was a minor inconvenience. Overall we would stay here again no hesitation.

Best vacation home for a group of teenagers
We stayed busy with the parks, so coming home to this property was very nice. The size of the home is perfect, it took us a few days to find the half bath. When we had family time the home was perfect for all 9 of us to be together without feeling crowded. We loved the decor and the pool. The only issue was had was the garbage cans were already full, we called the managment office to let them know. At the end of the stay we had a chance to put our trash away properly. We will book again in the future.

Comfortable stay for our family of 8
Location is great: Took us about 15 mins to drive to Disney. We ordered groceries to the house and were able to cook. We were able able to door dash a few lunches. The home is very comfortable and spacious. Lots of extras like games and floats for the kids. The largest bedroom could use a new mattress :) The only feedback is related to the check out process. The last thing I wanted to do before packing up 6 children is.. wash and fold all the towels in the house, strip all the beds, take out all the trash. I’m on vacation… I always tidy, but the lengthy check out list was a chore. There also wasn’t enough wash clothes, so we had to go out and buy more. Overall a great experience and we will stay again!

Loved this house!
We really enjoyed this house! The kids are teens now, so everyone having space was key. We enjoyed the pool and the family rooms. The game room was a big hit as well. A family of 3 sandhill cranes visited every morning, making morning coffee an adventure. We will be back. :)

Great home away from home!
This was a great home away from home. It had everything you could ask for from location to having a game room in garage for kids. The property manager and team are excellent with communicating and any problems that arise. My family stayed there for 2 weeks and my son on the last day did not want to leave to go home so that should speak volumes about how great this house is. Future renters will not be disappointed. Will definitely book again in the future.
