The first floor features an open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and the whole family can sit together to enjoy mealtimes at the formal dining table. Head outside to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather at your own private screened-in pool.

Rental Policy
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. Fantastic villa
Had an amazing stay here,not to far from the parks,property management was fantastic from the moment we bookes,from sorting outca bbq for us plus arranging car passes to friends who were visiting

Lovely, but always something
It was very nice. We are happy we booked this property. I gave a list of minor issues to the property manager the day before we were leaving in hopes they would address for next guest. Things like broken PS4 controller, slow cable box, seam on steps coming loose, a screen around the pool beginning to rip, one of the arcade games not working, etc. These items were minor and didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property but they should be addressed. We received no response so not sure if they will. And I had go to their management office to give my ID and credit card the second day because we booked less than 30 days from our reservation. Apparently it is a requirement, but I need to stress it was a pain. Getting to their office took about an hour due to traffic around the noon hour. Should have only taken 15 minutes. Then they called a few hours later asking when I was going to come in. Huh, I was just there?!?!? This is sounding more negative than positive. Honestly the good outweighed the bad, and it was worth the value. We would do another trip with them, but we would do in advance of 30 days. And if they truly strive for perfection then I hope one of their employees does something with the list we sent.
