Totally disgusted.
The hotel was under renovations which was not advertised on the website. The room Head molding coming off the walls. We were in our room and somebody else used it there key to get in our room and it unlocked the door. And due to the renovations the pool was closed And so was the continental breakfast. The room I stayed in the shower. Bar was not attached to the wall. And I got one towel. Then I had an unexpected family emergency. And I had paid for the whole week and only been there one night. And they refuse to give me a refund. I would not recommend this hotel

Estan en remodelacion no tienen picina ni laundry abierto Hice la reservacion para 3 y solo había una toalla encontre una pequeña cucaracha El cuarto tenia buen olor pero los pasillos huelen a sigarro solo lo recomiendo si vas una sola noche a dormir y solo porque es barato

The hotel has a very good location but the cleanliness is poor. The room was only cleaned once in a 6 night stay. There were cockroaches in the room. The pool was not available and there was no breakfast. They only had coffee in the lobby but it was not always available. I had visited the hotel in previous years but found it to be in disrepair.

Horrible experience
The hotel stay was the worse experience I've ever have with a hotel, yes it was cheaper then normal but the pictures of this hotel were lies. The toilet was hard to flush my wife found bed bugs and not to mention the beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's the most disgusting, dirty, grimy awful place I have ever stayed at. There is blood splatter, bugs; both dead and alive, dirt everywhere, hair everywhere... It was deplorable.

Do NOT Stay Here! UNSAFE!
We checked in while being evacuated from our home during hurricane Milton and immediately found the hotel to be disgusting and not up to code. It should be condemned. The room was falling apart, it was disgusting, and the water from the rain was seeping in the walls. We immediately went to the front desk and checked out and said we would not stay there. They would not refund our money for our two night reservation. They are crooks and the property should be closed down in its condition. Guests were actually calling the cops it was so bad. Run away from this hotel.

Good for one night stay, not long term
It was ok for the price paid. The room smelled like someone had been smoking inside, even though the rooms are non-smoking. The bathtub was old and a bit rusty and if you wanted hot water, the water pressure was low. People were smoking weed nearby since it smelled like it while passing through the halls. It wasn’t wheelchair accesible.

This was THE BATES MOTEL in real life. They didnt have an elevator and there were wasted plastic bags of garbage in the hall. Not to kention the big balls of ANTS that wre plaguing the vathroom. I couldnt put my toothbrush or anything else in there for fear of it being infested. They also had all the dcposed wires from the ceiljng necause they were missing evey other ceiling panel.
