Liked the location. Did not like employees' attitude in general. the Front desk was ok. Did not like: not so clean, the sheets had human hair in between sheet and the cover. We brought our own sheets from home. "The extra fees charged for parking, called "amenities" was not nice. the place is old and not well cared for. David.

Although this property appeared to be a good value, you usually get what you pay for. For starters the property is extremely dated, the wi-fi was not stable and the tvs were not clear. We only had clean towels on day 1 and never saw house keeping to get more. We had to go to a local store to get towels and toilet tissue. The shower head had a gunky buildup and the faucet was about to come completely loose from the wall. I spent the majority of my time looking for a different hotel but due to the holiday and extreme amount of tourists, I couldn’t find one. This hotel charges an amenity fee of $20/day for “continental breakfast” and “parking”. We never ate the breakfast because of the hotel conditions. The ONLY good thing that I can say is that it has a great location in relation to food and activities. I wouldn’t stay here again for free.

TO BE HONEST I WILL CHOOSE IT AGAIN FOR MY NEXT VISIT TO ORLANDO. I GOT WHAT I'VE PAID FOR IT IS AN OLD PROPERTY OF COURSE BUT WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION. CONVENIENT SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION TO UNIVERSAL THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, I DID NOT SEE ANY COCKROUCH AS PREVIOUS GUEST, LITTLE HUMIDITY BUT ROOM PROVIDED WITH AN DEHUMIDIFIER. BATHROOM PERFECTLY CLEAN, TOWELS AND BEDDING SETS NICE AND CLEAN BREAKFAST IS HORRIBLE, BAD QUALITY AND BAD LOOKING, MY RECOMENDATION IS TO BRING A HOMEMADE OR WAWA SANDWICH OR BUY DELI AT PUBLIX AND USE THE TOASTED BREAD AND EXCELLENT ORANGE, APPLE OR CRANBERRY JUICES AS WELL AS DELICIOUS COFFEE AVAILABLE

The hotel room we were given had a horrible smell to it, the lamp shades that were once white were blackened with mold around the top and bottoms. The smell we think came from a dirty/moldy vent in the bathroom. The shower curtain was barely held up on the bar it was so old and ripped, only one large towel was in the room, we had to ask the front desk for more. Only thing that felt clean was the bed. Upon looking at the advertised pictures of the front desk we realized it’s did not match the hotels front desk, the pictures probably came from another of their locations. Desk services were polite.

Staff was great and they clean the room everyday. All of my things that i had in the room stayed in the room. I left my wallet and jewelry there and it was there when i came back with a clean room. SO the people are honest as well as very nice.
