Everything was great but the breakfast. The breakfast was just horrible - no bread, no yogurt, no fruits. Just stale doughnuts and powder eggs.

Rooms were very clean and beds were really comfortable. We were here because we had evacuated Tampa for hurricane Milton. We stayed at three different hotels during our evacuation. We checked out of all three hotels early, as we kept moving closer to home. This was the only hotel of the 3 that refused to refund us for our unused nights. They told us that was because the booking was made through Expedia. I told them that two other hotels booked through Expedia had given us the refunds, and that Expedia told me it was at the discretion of the hotel. It isn't price gouging but I will be reporting them to the state for attempting to profit from my misfortune.

One of the main reasons this property was chosed was because it had a hot tub. When i arrived at the hot tub it was not clean to my standards so i could not get in. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff and property were great, and accommodation was a safe, nice, clean place during our stay there the night Hurricane Milton came to Orlando area, best decision ever! Breakfast was super complete and delicious!

I couldn’t work the tv, I accidentally turned off the cable. Oops! The AC came on for a few seconds and turned off. It was freezing and then warm until it came back on over and over all night. No way to adjust the temperature that I saw.
