Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the remaining two have twin beds. All of the bedrooms have ample closet space for storage.There is a private pool and spa with a screened in patio and no neighbors to the rear of the property. Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged an additional $500. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, No Smoking - If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. No parties are allowed.In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, Love Rentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $35 covers up to $1,000 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
