Our toilet was plugged and would not flush properly. It was like that from the first use and l only peed. Clerk gave me a plunger and was unable to fix toilet. I had to go get the plunger myself. No phone communication from room.Clerk said no rooms were available to move us. Property in need of a lot of repairs and upgrades.

I was really turned off in the beginning because we got to the airport. Was there in time for a shuttle and when I called to find out where the shuttle is they told me it had been shut down. We had to Uber to get to the hotel checked in it was late. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and cordial so your staff is very nice, but can't make up for the inequities hotel possesses. Breakfast was limited OnThere was not fruit available for two days. elevator was out for three days, room air conditioning was not adjustable. had to unplug it warm up. bathrooms had no water drain covers so it is easy to have lost Jewelry down both areas. What really bothered me was I went late night to the bathroom saw something crawling , I had actually taken a towel and grabbed it and squished it a little bit and saw it was a roach so I put it in a plastic bag and then I brought it down on the day we checked out to let him know about that. I wanted a manager to come to the room but none was available for me to voice my about everything The desk attendant said I should have said something earlier well I got in late on Monday. We slept because we were tired and some things you put up with but what really made it difficult was the bugs I did not want to bring bugs home with me and I was careful because it's a nuisance having to move when you're out of the room most of the time. I was to be reimbursed for one night day and he only credited me $25 which I saw later on.

The online pre check in was nice and made things easy. However upon arriving to our room the tub was filthy, the towels we were given had stains of God knows what on them. Additionally as we went to turn on the TV in the room it did not work at all. Very poor maintenance and cleanliness of this property and very disappointed in our quick stay.

Old hotel with some upgrades. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as it should have been. There was mildew in the shower. Neither the tub or sink had drain plugs. There were drink splash stains on the wall and door in the bathroom.

My first and last time staying here. The pull out sofa had red stains on the mattress ( I have pics) and my son refused to sleep on it. There were no extra blankets either. I had to pay $15 for parking even when it says optional on the website.

Very nice for the price. Close to many things. Unfortunately one elevator was down, so that was an inconvenience. Also I was informed that they will be moving paid parking, so that may affect any future stay unless it is included.
