Great visit, amazingly helpful staff. A few items that need attention. First my door key had to be re-keyed twice. This was annoying because my room was as far from the front desk as you could be. Next, my phone didn’t work. The property, while clean, with a great staff, needs attention. Otherwise, a wonderful visit.

It was terrible. Roaches, toilet moved when sit on it, fire alarm hanging of the wall, ring in bath tub, yellow substance splashed on the door of the bathroom. Too many to be able to stay in.

As other guests have said, hotel is a little dated. Upon arrival one of the elevators was out so that was a little inconvenient. We arrived Thursday evening it was fixed on Saturday. Breakfast not much to write home about but hey we made it work. Room was alright. Overall it served our purpose of a pit stop before cruise

This isn’t really what I expected. The elevator looks like it’s about to give out. Place looks dingy. The door to my room had dents which added to the unsafe feeling. Could be cleaner, brighter lights in the hallways, an updated elevator.

Yes, it’s in a great location. Close to airport, Disney/Universal, Orlando, & Kia Center. HOWEVER, place is in serious need of some revamping and maintenance. Had to head down to front office first night (couldn’t call, phone didn’t work) the shower constantly ran the ENTIRE time. Made them aware and was told we would get refunded for a night (which we never did) and they would send maintenance the next day. Maintenance came the following day at 4pm to look at “our refrigerator” because that’s what he was told was broken. We told him it was the shower and he said nothing could be done until we left. So that was a thrill to listen to for 2 night while trying to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with the quality you’re going to get.
